160€ per night for a tiny room with a single bed without a place to even put my suitcase (I had to put it on the floor). In addition to this, the walls and doors are incredibly thin, such that I can clearly hear the neighbors talking. The materials used in the room are extremely cheaply made (i.e. towel holders, faucets) and it is clear that the owners are focused on money, rather than providing a nice stay for their guests. The showers are so weak as to almost be non-functional and after inquiring with the receptionist if there might be a problem with the shower I was treated extremely rudely. Finally, at a 30 minute drive outside the city, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

I always wanted to stay here as it is the historic hotel adjacent to the old Solitude race circuit. Drove around the old circuit before checking in and then went to Porsche and Mercedes museums the next day. I was actually surprised by how good the hotel was. Good underground car park. Large room overlooking forest to the rear. Good, hearty German food for dinner and breakfast. Classic German hotel in fact. We ended up wishing we had stayed an extra night to explore the area as you could even hire electric bikes. Only real grumble - if you have a hotel whose main claim to fame is its association with one of the great old motor racing circuits of Europe, then acknowledge it and promote it. Have photos of Gurney or Clark on show. I am sure it would bring more visitors...

Wir hatten ein langes Wochenende im relexa Hotel gebucht. Es hat uns auf Anhieb so gut gefallen, das wir am Ankunftstag direkt einen Tag verlängert haben. Schöne, saubere Zimmer (auf Wunsch auch Raucherzimmer) wie auf den Bildern beschrieben / abgebildet. Schöner Saunabereich, nettes Restaurant - mit super netten und kompetenten Mitarbeiter! Auf Nachfrage hat man uns bei allem weiterhelfen können. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Einzelzimmer im alten Hoteltrakt auf der 2. Etage. Zimmer ist trotz abgestellter Heizung extrem warm, offensichtlich laufen Heizrohre durch Leerrohre im Zimmer, die zudem die ganze Nacht gluckern. Bei offenem Fenster kommen Insekten (Stinkwanzen) ins Zimmer. Schlaf ist kaum möglich, morgens wie gerädert aus dem Bett. Zimmerausstattung ist spartanisch, abgenutzt und überaltert wie der gesamt alte Hoteltrakt. Im Sommer sind die Zimmer unerträglich heiß. Bei Zimmern zur Straßenseite erlaubt der erhebliche Verkehrslärm keine offenen Fenster. Preise für Zimmer mit diesen Qualitätsmängeln von mehr als 120 € sind völlig unangemessen.

Prima ligging, schone en nette kamer. Kregen gratis een upgrade! Uitgebreid ontbijt, wel duur, (21 euro pp). Hotel heeft een restaurant waar je prima kan eten. Senior ober doet mij de vergelijking maken met Basil Fawlty… (stiekem je personeel terechtwijzen terwijl iedereen het ziet). Vriendelijk personeel. Goede keuze als je op doorreis bent zoals wij.

Wir hatten einen Gutschein für 4 Übernachtungen mit Halbpension. Nach anfänglichen Irritationen wurden wir durch das Personal in allen Bereichen bestens versorgt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt und der Kaffee sehr gut.

Zeer matig hotel. Vergane glorie. Gekozen voor laadfaciliteiten echter 2 laadpunten continu bezet. 1 sauna kapot, geen kleedruimte geen badjassen. Bar permanent gesloten. Rooklucht op de gangen. Bed en kamergrootte ok. Warm water slecht. WiFi een groot drama. Haast niet mee te verbinden. Niet meer terug.
