Convenient and clean, in town for food/amenities. But hotel itself does not have a lot of options for breakfast.

The rooms are large and clean but older. They could use a refresh as they smell like cigarette smoke. The King room we stayed in had a lack of seating. The Sofa and chair was missing.

Disgusting experience - the bathroom was filthy (there was poop on the toilet seat and running down the front of the bowl). The room smelled of pee. Forget about sleeping - this place got extremely noisy after midnight - people coming and going, loudly and both rooms on either side of ours might was well not have had walls between them. Got to experience the sounds of "intimacy" of several folks throughout the night. Despicable and disgusting - GROSS! We left after that first night, no refund given.

Furniture was all scratched and the room really needed an upgrade. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. There was no food and one table with no chairs

The room looked almost just like the picture, however, there was no sofa to sit, and only one chair in the room. The manager did provide us with one more chair. They did not come into my room at all, because they didn't like my dogs even though they advertise as "pet" friendly, so I had to ask for clean towels each day, and they charged me $50 each day pet charge. Other than that, it was very nice.

The overall experience was pleasant. I needed somewhere to stay after traveling to Worcester for a concert and landed on Econo Lodge Roure 20. The staff were friendly, the land and room were clean, and I couldn't beat the price for a one night stay that close to the concert venue.

Polite staff! Clean room and good location. We also really appreciated how lit the parking lot was; it brought comfort.
