Hampton Inn Stroudsburg/Poconos

Everything was great. the parking lot need to be repaved from the salting during the snow.

Room was clean, beds were good. Our only problem was the sink was slow to drain and the toilet continued to run.

Nice hotel clean and well maintained. Indoor pool clean as well. They offered a complimentary breakfast but we slept in and did not partake. Convenient location to Camelback Indoor Water Park. Would definitely recommend. Would stay there again if visiting the area

Our room was a disaster. The heating unit was not functional, making it cold for us. The drain for the tub never went down so we had to shower in a filled tub. We told maintenance which took them almost 12 hours to get to us. He put Drano down the tub and that never worked. The telephone had no connection. And the heating unit he said “it is what it is”. I attempted to email and call the manager 3 times to resolve it with no resolution.

The room could have been cleaner, we found a cookie at the foot of the bed and what appeared to be urine stains at the base of the toilet. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay!
