Beautiful, smiling 😃 and professional welcome. Heating problem in a room well managed. Thank you to the two gentlemen at reception for their attentiveness and responsiveness. Everything was settled with a smile. Possibility of eating throughout the day, nice little dishes. Great breakfast. Keep going !

The worst is the bathroom which is dirty, the earthenware which no longer has any color except the yellow of the dirt, the shower head which cannot be placed except in the bathtub, mold on the floor and animal woodlice of company. Room probably repainted to make it less ugly, which brings a smell of paint all night. Constant noise. Avoid if you want to sleep.

Too bad because it is not the first time we go to a Kyriad. BUT perhaps this purchase of the former Formule 1 then Hotel Formule .... has lowered the standard. For the price you pay to have some people who also speak English is the minimum, I think. For the rest, the rooms are clean and comfortable. But everything can be improved a bit. Even after some misunderstanding, we understood each other by gestures .. my French is not great.

Only positive point of this hotel: a very friendly welcome both day and night. Otherwise: Old-fashioned rooms, without double glazing although located against a ring road. Avoid rooms ending in 13 to 17. The electronic lock of my room not working, despite a report made, was never repaired. It was necessary that each time the person of the reception comes to open me with his key. Practical… Some pillows and mattresses are completely smashed. The condition of the furniture is obviously not a priority. Colleagues had cockroaches in their rooms, some had immense difficulty switching from "tap" mode to "shower" mode via the selector that had to be lifted. There was even a room with the impossibility of switching to shower mode. Not very nice when you come back from a huge day of work at midnight. My toilets were dirty (see photo) and the toilet seat clip was broken. As for the breakfast, it is minimalist and of fairly average quality. I was lucky to have baguettes the first morning, then only tiny thawed rolls the next two (at 8am). Only one choice of tea: low-end yellow Lipton. Finally, it is unpleasant to be woken up early in the morning by the team of gardeners forcefully using their noisy tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers and other mowers.

Hôtel situé à proximité de Strasbourg (la ligne D passe à côté, arrêt Marcel Rudloff à 5 minutes à pied .. attention erreur sur la présentation de l'hôtel). Tramway direct pour la gare ou le centre (très pratique). Accueil très agréable ef chaleureux. Une chambre très propre, de bonne taille, une salle de bain bien équipée; wifi efficace. Une petite carte d'accueil sur le bureau. Bonne literie. Peut-être faudrait-il ajouter un plateau avec bouilloire avec café ou thé .. Petit déjeuner fourni, de bonne qualité et varié. Environnement mitigé (pas de restaurant ou magasin à proximité sans voiture).
