The staff is very friendly.

Wrong booking but no refund for whole period,never book again this hotel

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

The hotel staff was warm and very helpful. The room was well maintained and we were very pleased.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Dragon, the reception staff who greeted us were very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The hotel is on a side road a short walk into the centre of town so great location. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable, also quiet. The bed was very comfy & we were glad of the air con due to us visiting while there was a heatwave. No parking available at the hotel but room around the corner in the multi storey car park. We really enjoyed staying here in Strasbourg & would return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel du Dragon.

This hotel is fine and conveniently located close to Strasbourg city centre and Cathedral. Do never accept room #1. It’s a cellar with no window and no view. I suppose other rooms are ok.
