The hotel felt clean and safe. The breakfast had a good variety, and the room was nice with a comfortable bed.

The room was fantastic, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The facilities were also quite new. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you! Everything was excellent, the service was great, and the surrounding area was very convenient.

The room was clean and the location was excellent.

The hotel is centrally located and the car park is underground . Friendly reception. Sufficient Aircon and the room is spacious . Walking distance to eateries and shopping . Water is provided at the lobby . Gym Is not located in the hotel but within 3-4 mins walk . Great gym as it’s a third party fitness centre that allows access to the hotel guests .

I stayed at Novotel Strasbourg from 5–6 June. A special thank you to Nagee at the front office, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, this central location comes with significant noise. Even in the middle of the night, street noise was very noticeable. People talking loudly and creating disturbances on the street opposite the hotel could be clearly heard from the room. The room size was quite small, and the amenities were below my expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location and helpful staff were positives, but the noise levels, room size, and limited amenities affected the overall experience.

The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The best part is the location; you can walk to Strasbourg Cathedral. The front desk staff was also very friendly and proactively offered tips about the area. All in all, it's a great city worth visiting!

Facilities: Parking available, which is convenient. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, very close to the city center and the church, all within walking distance. Service: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and check-in was very smooth.

Hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg. I just had some concerns about cleanliness, mostly the carpet looked very dirty. Time for a change!

This hotel is conveniently located with a mall downstairs, a ten-minute walk from the train station, and also ten minutes on foot to the church and the timber-framed houses. It's a great spot for getting around.

Very friendly place  except no gym in the building. Clean and well organised.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and the location was central. However, the building is a bit old, the parking spaces are small, and finding the hotel entrance after parking can be a bit difficult!
