Very convenient place to stay,walking distance from main train station and near to shopping street and a lot nice restaurants nearby

Disappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated.
No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable
Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean
I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

시내 한복판 쇼핑몰 건물이에요. 위치가 훌륭하고 리셉션직원이 친절해요. 조식이 특히나 최고입니다. 작은 미니바 냉장고가 있어 맥주 보관하기 좋았어요.
