Reasonable price, booked because it was close to Bath and West Showground for a bike ride. No lock on the bathroom door, TV remote didn't work, reception unmanned the 3 times I needed it

We always have lovely stay at the Wincanton Travelodge we stay for 3 nights when we visit family the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are always clean and well maintained, the beds and pillows are very comfortable make for a very good night sleep.

Spent a few nights here with work and would recommend. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Tom and Eva were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Surrounding area had a choice of places to eat, will definitely stay again.

hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal for my needs, and easy to find from the main road. My room was all I could want - clean, spacious and comfortable

Whilst travelling to Cornwall we used this Travelodge as our overnight stay. Easy booking and friendly welcome from receptionist. Room perfectly adequate for our needs, clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Well located just off the main road network with a Pub serving decent food very close by along with McDonalds and KFC. Overall very good.

Lovely fresh clean room. Cosy room and comfy bed, great showeroom. Very reasonable price for lovely hotel. Special mention to Oliver on front reception who as welcoming friendly kind and helpful.. wonderful, thank you - a credit to your hotel.

The room was lovely and clean looked freshly painted but that was two years ago .The bedding was lovely and white and clean as were the towels. The receptionist were friendly and helpful evening and morning staff. There was plenty of parking and two places to eat within walking distance.

The lady in reception was brilliant. The booking I had made through my company travel agent and not been received. My outlook app on my phone was updating so I could not check my email. So i did it on my laptop to show her my booking confirmation from Egencia. She check her reservations and told me they still had a few rooms. I booked one via the Travelodge web site while in reception and was allocated a room for night
