Fantastic hotel with good service and mostly professional staffs. Daily housekeeping that is excellent and directions from staffs were good. Bille even took an extra step to go to the entrance to check if our taxi has arrived. Breakfast was good too. Definitely my choice for the next visit. Love it!

The location is fantastic, right near the City Hall where the Nobel Banquet is held. From the Arlanda Express, head towards Central Station, and just past Starbucks, take the escalator up. You'll see two Radisson hotels at the exit, and the waterfront one is on the left. The rooms are spacious, the views are great, and the breakfast offers a good variety and is tasty. Highly recommended!

The room decor is very modern, giving the impression of a relatively new hotel. The housekeeping is excellent, with the room being spotlessly clean every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can register for a free membership during check-in. With the membership, you get a 10% discount on dining, including breakfast. The location is also great, with many public transport options nearby. It's a 12-minute walk to NK department store and about 5 minutes to Åhléns department store.

This is my second time to stay here. I have been Stockholm in January 2025 and visit again in March 2026. The location is very close Stockholm central station. It’s convenience to go anywhere. Recommend to book a room with lake view. The night view is superb !
