My family and I vacationed at the resort in May. We stayed at the Ibero Selection Rose Hall Suites and my other family members stayed on the other side at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. When you book the Suites, you can enjoy all the facilities at the Iberostar Rosehall beach. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Food was great. I am very particular when it comes to food, but it was awesome, especially the oxtail. Another plus was the kids waterpark, my son enjoyed it. Room was a Junior suite;it was just Ok, view ok, room had no iron, and only a small ironing board. I requested an iron, and the front desk agent Kaleina ensured I received one. What was lacking, was good entertainment on the suites side. I did not see alot of entertainment co-ordinators and engaging activities for guests. But overall, staff on all levels were amazing; Novelette from Security, Kaleina Front desk. Tishauna from Concierge, Natalie Travel/Tour Rep,Stephanie from Dining room and all the others whom we came in contact with. I would recommend it. P.S it's a very big property, so its a pretty long walk from the lobby to your room, even getting to the elevator.

Very cool staying experience, and Ctrip is indeed much cheaper than booking in high-end hotels. Every time a five-star hotel for vacation abroad is booked by Ctrip. This hotel is a very high-end resort all-inclusive hotel. You can check in at the reception hall of the hotel before leaving the airport and then there will be a special car pick-up ($33 per person, including pick-up and drop-off) This all-inclusive hotel has a total of seven restaurants with different styles, covering French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Jamaican cuisine, and Asian cuisine in various styles. Although the business hours are different, it is basically possible to eat 24 hours a day. The service in each restaurant is very good. The meals are all formal and high-grade meals, with very high-quality ingredients. Asian restaurants are very popular, probably because they are far away, haha, you need to wait in line. The beach and sea view of the hotel are almost perfect, and the supporting facilities are mature: swimming pool, gymnasium and bar counter everywhere. Small snacks, barbecues and cocktails are provided at all times. During the day, there are yoga instructors and fitness instructors to take you for leisure and fitness. In the evening, there are singers singing for you by the terrace restaurant. After the meal, there is a beach party with the same theme every day. Champagne and desserts are always available in the lobby. In addition to the free daily leisure hotel schedule accidents, you can also order various one-day tours in Jamaica at the hotel. It is recommended that the yacht goes out to sea for $99 per person, but it is extremely satisfying. Breakfast is recommended on the east side of the hotel (it is recommended to get a map after you arrive, this hotel is really super big) buffet Western breakfast here you can imagine. In short, if you can think of any needs, just talk to the hotel, they will meet you. The three of us booked a double bed room at 5800 Ctrip last night for reference. (Not sea view)

I have been to other resorts in Montego Bay and this one was the worst experience Ive had. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hrs for the room to be ready. I arrived around noon and waited for a 3:00 check in. At 310 they said it would be a few minutes and they were just mopping. At 345 they said they needed a supervisor to check the room and it would take 10 minutes. At 4 pm they said the supervisor is has not checked the room. Then another person said they were mopping. Eventually they gave us keys around 415 and told us to wait 10 more minutes. After waiting 10 more minutes, nobody reached out to us or came to us in the lobby so we took our own bags from the front and walked to the room. I am not sure if they made us wait out of spite but I was very disappointed. While I understand things take time. There was no honesty in the front desk communication about the room status and After being at an airport since 5 am I would not recommend this check in experience to anybody. Then, to remedy the situation, someone called from customer service and sent a bottle of brandy to our room. I kindly let them know while I appreciate the gesture, I do not drink and the bottle did not make up for the fact that I missed a wedding rehearsal due to the delay and dishonesty. After that, no attempt was made for us to feel comfortable. Not all, but a great majority of the staff had a bad attitude on the entirety of my trip. I found it to be more negatively directed at people of color than the white foreigners. Positives are that the view was nice from my room. Also, the wedding food and the buffet food was good. Room service is terrible and the specialty restaurants were not great. Ultimately, with the dishonesty at the beginning of the trip and the subsequent bad attitudes from alot of staff, I didn’t have an amazing trip. I wouldn’t recommend stay here. I had a great time at Moon Palace Jamaica though. Very nice people there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 3/22-3/25 My family and I felt so safe.. The Covid protocol was top notch everything was very clean starting with the cleaning of our shoes and luggage upon arrival.. We were greeted daily with smiles and warm hearts.. The cabana we rented by the ocean was so nice you just can’t beat the view.. My apologies but I can’t remember the young mans name who so kindly brought my daughter a plate of sweet treats he was so kind and attentive.. Jeanelle was so sweet I think she works with activities we talked to her everyday she is such a sweetheart she asked us how our day was going everyday and always let us know what was going on.. She was awesome!! Last but not least the Chef... his name is Calvin he was the highlight of our trip!! He was so kind to come out and talk to us.. I asked about making the festival bread our waiter sent him right to the table.. He was so kind to write the recipe down and make sure we were enjoying our food and also he brought out some fruit for us to try.. My mom completely adored him.. We LOVE CALVIN !! My daughters favorite was the sweet lady who braided her hair that was one of her favorite parts of the trip.. Suggestion the salon should put the ladies who braid in the window so when guests walk by they can see how awesome they are with hair.. I guarantee it would generate more business.. We can’t wait to visit the Hilton again soon... Blessings from Kentucky and Indiana
