Rooms were nice, large bottles of nature friendly shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. They had a really good hot breakfast. Hot scrambled eggs, bacon sausage patties or links ham, potatoes o brien. The staff was super friendly and inviting at all times. Bar drinks were pretty high priced, and only one bartender for a whole fanily reunion of people, but she still kicked ass. All in all pretty nice facility would stay there again.

We came for a funeral we were under a lot of stress. The staff was wonderful helpful and accommodating!  I have to say with the exception of the lady that checked me out. She was short and I felt as though I was bothering her. She will not cloud my opinion of this fine inn!!  I will stay again when I visit the family in North Carolina.

My Mother’s Day getaway was not so refreshing. There was hair in the shower before I even took my shower. Side note: it wasn’t mine. I found the front desk phone in my room. The deposit that was supposed to have been returned on checkout day, still hasn’t returned to my account 3 days later. I have tried to call to talk to them about this and nobody answers, nor am I able to leave a voicemail. Please check your rooms for the phone so we can get this straightened out.

It was beautiful and the staff was kind! I wanted to chin in the microwave, so when I consulted, he lent me a mug. Thank you.

A great location for shopping, golf, and relaxation! Red Roof Statesville is right across the street from the JR Outlet Center and Signal Hill Mall, while Twin Oaks Golf is just 3 miles away. Iredell Memorial Hospital is just 5 miles, while lovely Lake Norman is only 20 miles from this hotel. Conveniently located near the crossroads of I-77 and I-40, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

The location of the wonderful, GPS can not find the address. After arriving at the hotel, I asked the front desk and answered with a confident look: the address is correct, but the navigation is not found here. It took me 20 minutes to walk around the city. The road to the hotel is also very strange, you have to go around the hill to get up. If it is not a lot of price concessions, it is not recommended to go to sleep inn in this place. Special family travel, really do not recommend.

Had to travel here for a family emergency. Hotel room was okay. It could have been cleaned better.
