The hotel shows great hospitality. As a returning guest, a cake and card was placed on the table and it was a pleasant surprise as I checked in. The room has a balcony and was very spacious. The check in and check out was very fast and upon checking out, Ms Tracy helped to call the transport company just to ensure that my pick up was in order. The food massage was very good and the breakfast and lunch set was very delicious. Super clean hotel and 5 mins to the lake. The drinks at the bar/restaurant are good! You can see the sunrise at the pool level.Highly recommend all to stay here.

Our experience at Fairmont Hanoi was absolutely magnificent! This luxurious five-star hotel exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were greeted with impeccable service and stunning colonial-inspired architecture that perfectly captures the elegance of Hanoi. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with premium toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with many attractions within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants, where we savor delicious Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The swimming pool and fitness center were excellent for relaxation and exercise. The staff were professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Whether it was arranging airport transfers or providing local recommendations, their attentiveness made us feel like royalty. The concierge team helped us book memorable experiences including a traditional water puppet show and a food tour through the city's famous street food stalls. We cannot recommend Fairmont Hanoi enough for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Vietnamese hospitality. This truly was a dream vacation that we will cherish forever! The hotel location is very perfect, and easy to go to anywhere in old quarter. I like stay in here cause easy to go to pub, eating place, spa, and so many shop and eateries in here. But the very important thing is cindy because she is friendly and care to us and to the people stay in here and every morning she come to breakfast area and coming to our table too in the breakfast time and asking what we need for breakfast and anything we need for breakfast and in the hotel and chit chat with us. Before we going to airport and she give us 2 gift of this coffee. All the staff in this hotel very help and friendly and room boy helps us to bring our luggage to lobby hotel. Only 1 things this hotel need to improve is the gym, cause the gym don't have many equipment for doing the gym. Everything is perfect, keep going with your service. We will come back again to this hotel when we come to hanoi again. Thanks you all staff and cindy and this hotel splendid premium hotel. 👍👍👍

Fantastic place to stay for a first trip to Hanoi! Excellent staff service - my flight arrived in the middle of the night, after city flooding, so no Grab transport from the airport, only extortionate prices from fake Grab drivers. The hotel promptly arranged driver for me. Really appreciated, given the very late time of night and being a solo female traveller. Hotel was spotless. Excellent breakfast, with lovely views of city rooftops! Great location, countless coffee shops, close to city bus tour pick up too! Good/quiet night's sleep, despite being in centre. Would stay again!!

The room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.

I’ve had the best experience staying in this hotel. Their service exceeded my expectations. From the AMAZING 😻 breakfast/lunch/dinner with so many options to all the staff members (that can speak English)who are willing to assist you with everything at anytime. The place looks absolutely as displayed on the App. The location is also great. Quiet and close to all the tourist areas in Hanoi. A special shout out to Hanh for giving me the best relaxing and soothing massage 💆🏽♀️ experience … that was good. I loved everything about it. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll surely come back 🥰
