That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.
