BBesttttttThe hotel is very new, the room design is characteristic, butler service is also quite attentive, but this hotel does not feel like a holiday, mainly for members to stay, the whole hotel is very deserted, breakfast food is good, but the portion is very small, not finished breakfast The so-called sea of ​​​​flowers promenade is just an abandoned open space surrounded by miscanthus, which is not attractive at all. Although the hotel has a mahjong room, karaoke room and massage, the cost is very expensive, mahjong room 2 hours 320, including some snacks. Karaoke room minimum consumption to more than 2000 yuan, because it is a 20-person room, massage to 1300 or so 90 minutes, these costs are not friendly at all, compared with five-star hotels even more expensive, swimming pool is not open, went to a nearby mall for dinner in the evening. There is nothing attractive about this location in Hengqin. Most of the surrounding residential and commercial buildings are unused and deserted after nightfall.

GGuest UserReally love this hotel's buffet dinner, so much so that I stayed here again over the weekend! The buffet consistently maintains its good taste and offers great value for money! During this repeat stay, the room I was assigned was excellent, as always! It was clean and had a fantastic view. The scenery outside the window was lovely, very open and pleasant to look at. Besides the delicious buffet, the hotel also has a Chinese restaurant that serves tasty food 😋 and is great value! Their Cantonese dishes are really well-made, and I also enjoyed their dim sum for brunch on Sunday – it was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to a large shopping mall! If you get tired of the hotel's dining options, you can always head over there to explore and grab a bite to eat 😄😄 Service: The hotel provides personalized service. After my last visit at Christmas, I was already thinking of coming back for Easter! This time, it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel butler specially helped arrange decorations and a cake 🍰. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive 🤗

HHaianniFacilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Good. Service: Excellent. We paid to upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic. It had a long sofa in the outer room and a king-sized bed in the inner room, plus two bathrooms, so family members didn't disturb each other. The toilet, shower, and bathtub in the bathroom were all separate, making it very convenient to use, and the bathtub was large and super comfortable. The water temperature was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room. Upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks, which tasted exceptionally good, and our child loved them. Breakfast was also good and quite extensive. For someone from the north, the flavors were a bit on the mild side. There's a pool table in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice option if you're waiting. All the staff members were very friendly. Special thanks to the front desk staff who checked us in and the bellhops who helped with our luggage.

GGuest UserCame to Chimelong Penguin Hotel with my bestie, and it was super convenient! The hotel's location is excellent, the environment is great, and the staff's service attitude is wonderful – truly amazing service. The hotel staff are well-trained and attentive. Being right next to the Ocean Kingdom means you can walk directly into the park, which is incredibly handy. The concierge's luggage storage service is fantastic, and checking out is a breeze – you can just drop your key in the express checkout box. It was so convenient to drop off our bags and then head straight to the park. The breakfast at Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and plenty of choices, and you can even dine while watching penguins! The hotel also provides exclusive butler service, and the breakfast selection is rich, with both Chinese and Western options being delicious. The location is superb, with convenient transport links nearby; you can even walk to the high-speed rail station right across the street. The downstairs shuttle bus to the Spaceship Park is also very convenient, and you can walk directly to the Ocean Kingdom – it's just so easy! The service guidance was clear and helpful, so there was no worry about getting lost. This trip was an excellent experience; we were satisfied in every aspect. Next time we visit, we'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's cleanliness is excellent, very spotless. I have to commend the service; the front desk staff was very helpful and patiently introduced me to the hotel. When I asked for a pair of children's slippers, the attendant also brought me child-specific bath amenities. Later, I requested two packs of coffee, and the attendant proactively brought me two extra bottles of water, saying they were for making coffee. I'm so grateful to her for anticipating my needs! If I remember correctly, her name was Wendy. Truly amazing, highly recommend! The hotel offers a lot of food options, and the late-night snacks aren't expensive. There's also a bar. The buffet even features Xinjiang cuisine, which I unfortunately missed out on since I had already eaten outside. I'll definitely try it next time I visit.

LLiangpimeimei_My main destination was Zhuhai Chimelong. I chose the Hilton for the first night because I wanted to explore the nearby attractions. I didn't realize how close Zhuhai is to Macau! The driver told me it's just a 15-minute ferry ride and super convenient. Next time I visit Macau, I'm planning to stay at a Hilton there too. There aren't many dining options nearby, so I ordered takeout. The hotel has a delivery locker, but it's outside the hotel, and you have to walk through the lobby to get to it, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was very good.

MMagnus HsuA relaxing resort that's about 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Zhuhai. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool facilities are good. We had the breakfast buffet and it had a good, high quality selection of Chinese and Western food. Note that because it is a bit far from the city area, the food selection nearby is limited and a 15-20 minutes DIDI ride is thus required. The beach is small and not in the best condition so I wouldn't consider the beach a highlight.

QQiancaoranyangI stayed for two days over the weekend, my second time here. The hotel's location is super convenient for Hengqin Port. Getting to Macau is easy; you can take a bus after customs to Cotai West (Venetian), A-Ma Temple, etc. (you'll need to transfer at Lotus Station for some routes). The dining and reading lounge on the fifth floor is quiet and comfortable (though the rooms don't have desks), giving it a real study-like vibe (but it gets a bit dim at night). It's also a short walk, less than ten minutes, to the Starbucks by the port, which is great for grabbing coffee. Overall, it was a good experience. Plus, right across the street is a popular Hengqin网红打卡地 (internet-famous photo spot).

GGuest UserFirst time stay in this hotel but trust its brand name. Although its location is not so convenient but after the 3 night stay. We love this hotel because hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to accommodate our request! Their buffet style breakfast is good. Room is spacious and stylish. Every where in the hotel make you feel comfortable and stylish. We’ll chose this hotel again for our next trip to Zhuhai.
