Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The cleaning was done at more than 2 o'clock and we could check in. The restaurant on the 7th floor also has the most popular stamps, and there are stamps of many scenic spots. The children were very happy to stamp. Yuecai City is also very good to visit and it is very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket on the negative first floor.
