My friend recommended this hotel to me when I came to Yinchuan for a business trip for the first time. The location is convenient and easy to find. The front desk lady was warm and polite. The aunt who stayed in the room was also very neat. The room was dry and she gave me a few more bottles of mineral water. The pillows were soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. Overall, I had a very happy stay.

The reception is very efficient! Manager Chen checked in and checked out very quickly, saving our time, and Jin Bailing helped to call a taxi when he left the hotel. There was no delay in travel. The overall service of the entire hotel was a series, very good, very good!

As a five-star hotel, JW Marriott is always online, and the experience is great! The rooms on the upper floors have a wide view and a pleasant city view. I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I traveled to Yinchuan and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. I chose this scenic spot. There are two hotels. The cheaper one is generally decorated, and the main building is more luxurious. Now it is off-season, and there are no activities in the whole scenic area, and there are not many people. I am a little uncomfortable living in Guangdong. But the hot spring area is very good, and there are many children's amusement facilities. You can't find this price in Guangdong. I think this is a must-visit place when traveling to Yinchuan. Next to it is the Zhenbeibao scenic spot. This hot spring hotel must be recommended.
It's a pity that I can't see snow this time, but it's really cool to soak in the hot spring outdoors.
In addition, I like that the hotel sent fruit milk at night, and there are hot water barrels for foot bathing, which is really good.

CChitaodetutuziTo be honest, this is the second review. I booked it on another platform the night before and gave them a 5-star review. It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. What’s even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didn’t I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers.
Let’s talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotel’s location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

GGuest UserBecause I travel by car, I like to live near the city, where parking is easy and there is no congestion. I also like to choose new hotels with clean and tidy facilities. There are not many reviews on the Internet, which is basically a blind selection. I didn't expect this hotel to be perfect! The location is a little out of the way, but not too far away. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the famous Huaiyuan Night Market. There is ample parking space. Especially suitable for self-driving tours.
Facilities: Brand new. Not inferior to five stars!
Hygiene: Very clean, the supplies smell fresh. Even the carpets in the corridors are exceptionally neat. In the morning, I met an aunt cleaning other rooms in the corridor. I saw that she even cleaned the balcony handrails carefully.
Environment: Each room has a large balcony. It looks out to Helan Mountain. It has a wide view and a comfortable mood. There are no places to eat around. It is not recommended if you don't have a car.
Service: The service staff are of high quality and have good attitudes.
This hotel should have been established for internal activities of the Central Group. It has just been announced to the outside world. All hardware standards are very good. Details down to the room paper bags and laundry bags can be compared to five-star hotels. The breakfast tastes good, but because there may be too few people staying, there are very few categories, which is understandable, so as to avoid waste.

Originally, the two rooms I booked did not have breakfast. Ariel saw that we brought our children and sent us breakfast. She also arranged two connecting rooms for me. The room on the 20th floor was large and clean, with a great view, especially the room with a cloakroom. The price-performance ratio was not too high. GGuest UserIt is most convenient to go to Yuecai City for dinner if you book this hotel. You don't need to leave the hotel. You can go to the mall on the sixth floor directly. There are all kinds of Sichuan, Hunan and Chongqing cuisine.
We booked two twin rooms with views. They said there was only one room on the first floor. After signing the waiver application, we can apply to open the balcony. Looking at the scenery outside, the front desk is also very reliable. They helped us to urge the cleaning. The cleaning was done at more than 2 o'clock and we could check in.
The restaurant on the 7th floor also has the most popular stamps, and there are stamps of many scenic spots.
The children were very happy to stamp.
Yuecai City is also very good to visit and it is very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket on the negative first floor. You can buy wolfberries and specialties. MMojiMBecause I am a Ctrip diamond member, the hotel upgraded me to an executive suite for free, what else can I say? My fingers couldn't help but press the 5-star praise.
Just say a few points:
1. The hotel's parking lot is underground. Be careful to turn right in time and don't park on the ground. The above-ground parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is charged.
2. There is a big projector in the bedroom of the suite, and you can also use your mobile phone to cast the screen, which is super cool.
3. The hotel gym and swimming pool are open to the public, so there are no bath towels and toiletries. If you want to swim, remember to bring them from the room.
4. The breakfast is good. There are freshly cooked ramen. Although the taste is not as good as the ones outside, it is not bad. It is quite delicious.
