GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights in a deluxe sea view room on a high floor. Hygiene-wise, there were occasional unknown little bugs on the carpet. Not sure what they were. The staff at the 19th-floor lobby and breakfast restaurant, to put it mildly, had a very average attitude. However, the housekeeping staff were very polite and would actively greet us. There was a female manager at the front desk who was quite helpful; she assisted us with extending our stay for multiple days. The hardware is pretty good, as it's a new hotel and they're good at marketing. After three days, I felt the service wasn't great. The room card wouldn't work for the elevator every day. When we went to the front desk, they would just coldly tell us to wait in the check-in line, without even an apology. We had four different sea-view rooms over three days, and none had welcome fruit. Breakfast was expensive, but the taste and variety were very average. There are too many floors, which makes it a bit complicated, so I didn't try any other dining services. Coming out of Metro Exit D requires a fairly long walk, but considering the cheap room rate, we basically managed it ourselves. The above are my objective feelings.

GGuest UserThe hotel floors are just okay, but the room itself was decent, even if a bit old. The service, however, was excellent. I just checked out and had to immediately recommend this place! This hotel is truly a love-hate experience. First, the pros: The pool view is absolutely stunning! The deep blue water paired with wooden screens makes for perfect vacation photos every time. The room was also a pleasant surprise; although you can tell it's a bit older, it's very well-maintained. And I have to praise the service! From the doorman to the cleaning staff, everyone was super nice.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!

DDietmar KOur stay at W Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding – and that's not only because of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views, the stylish design, or the convenient location above the Elements shopping mall. The real difference was the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the Welcome Manager. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcome. Despite a fully booked hotel, Alex took plenty of time to explain everything, gave us excellent local recommendations, and made our request for a high-floor harbour-view room happen effortlessly. His warm, professional, yet relaxed attitude perfectly captures the modern luxury that the W brand promises. The room was immaculate, the famous W Bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooftop pool area was stunning, and the service at the bar was fantastic throughout our stay. Final verdict: Whether traveling for business or leisure, W Hong Kong comes highly recommended. And if you want something special – we hope Alex will be there to welcome you. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Alex, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

XXiangshoulvtudexiaohaiFacilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the pool is perfect for toddlers and young children! There's also a small play area that costs HKD 110. Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Environment: Built by the sea and next to Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful, and the sea view is top-notch. Service: We drove there, and overnight parking cost HKD 500, which is quite expensive. Aside from the front desk staff, who weren't great, the rest of the service was good.

CChuangtainazhimaoIt's been almost 10 years since I last visited Hong Kong. This time, my kids wanted to go to Hong Kong Disneyland, so we booked a one-night stay at a Disneyland hotel and two days of park visits. We stayed at the Explorer's Lodge, which is the newest of the three Disneyland hotels. The rooms are quite spacious, and the lobby is very grand. Prices were quite high for the May Day holiday; with taxes and service fees, two rooms came to over HKD 6,500. The hotel service was good. Perhaps because we spoke Cantonese, the staff were very enthusiastic. They explained everything in detail, including breakfast arrangements at the hotel and the most convenient transportation options to Macau. When we checked in, the front desk initially said they'd arrange connecting rooms, but although we got two adjacent rooms, they weren't connecting after all 🤣. The front desk also noticed that we had a birthday guest this month and gave us two birthday badges and a towel cake, which was a nice touch that added to the experience. When I booked the rooms, I didn't opt for breakfast because I'd stayed at the Disneyland Hotel before, and the included breakfast was a buffet with limited options. This time, we chose à la carte breakfast. For four people, we ordered four sets, and the portions were huge – we couldn't even finish them all. The breakfast tasted good, especially the beef brisket macaroni in the Hong Kong-style set, which was perfectly to my liking. The dim sum in the Chinese-style set was also quite delicious.

GGuest UserI've been to Hong Kong many times, but this was my first stay at the New World Millennium, and it was a pleasant surprise! First, the service was incredibly warm; every staff member, from the front desk to those in the lobby, was very enthusiastic and made me feel welcome. The hotel rooms are spacious enough, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Victoria Harbour, which is perfect for an evening stroll. The hotel is also conveniently located for transportation; Hung Hom MTR station is the closest, and Tsim Sha Tsui station is about an 8-minute walk away. I have to give a special shout-out to Trip.com. When I noticed that the hotel price was significantly lower closer to my departure than when I originally booked, their customer service immediately offered a solution: Trip.com would refund the difference. What was even more surprising was that I received a refund of over 600 RMB on the very day I checked out. That's incredibly efficient! It really boosted my impression of Trip.com. Thank you!

VVOYAGER8The hotel is about 3-4 kilometers from Sha Tin MTR Station, costing around HKD 50 by taxi. There's a scheduled free shuttle bus at the Royal Park Hotel. It's also about a one-kilometer walk from Sha Tin MTR Station. The concierge, front desk, and room service staff are all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, minimalist, bright, and spacious. The lunch buffet for HKD 250 is excellent, offering great variety and value. It would be even better if the hotel had robot delivery for takeaways and a self-service laundry room!

RRenzhenrenThe hotel's location is excellent, right above the Tseung Kwan O MTR station. They offer a free shuttle bus service to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, MTR Kowloon Station, and Harbour City. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of dining and shopping options across all price points. Plus, with several large residential areas and schools nearby, you really feel immersed in the daily life of the locals. It seems they stopped providing bottled water after changing from the Crowne Plaza brand, but otherwise, not much else has changed.

BBCBThe hotel is very spacious and conveniently located close to the beach. The entrance was absolutely lovely, featuring a fountain, plenty of flowers, and a charming little house at the center. We had a room with a balcony that was extremely large and offered a beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, there was a dead beetle on the floor upon arrival. On each floor, there's a water dispenser with drinking water, so you can easily refill your bottle. The swimming pool is huge and very child-friendly. The only downside was the lack of umbrellas by the poolside to shield against the strong sun—so if your child wanted to swim longer than you did, you just had to wait in the sun. That was the only drawback.
