AAnonymous UserAn absolutely fantastic hotel near Zhuhai Station! The hygiene, environment, service, and facilities all deserve a five-star rating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive, making for a truly pleasant stay. The breakfast had a great variety, tasted delicious, and used fresh ingredients – I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super easy to find a meal. This is my top choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel last minute while waiting for my flight at the airport, and it looked decent online. The main reason was its proximity to the 'Love Post Office' and Sun & Moon Bay. Although the twin room wasn't available, the tatami room looked spacious, so we decided on that for two adults and two children. They offer a complimentary late-night buffet from 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The noodles were pre-cooked and set aside, with options for a pork bone soup and tom yum soup. The pork bone soup was mild and perfect for kids, while the tom yum soup was excellent, comparable to what you'd find in a Thai restaurant. As someone in interior design, I found the room decor to be quite good, with comfortable color schemes and well-designed lighting. It also featured smart home controls like 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' and a free 'Jian Guo' projector, so no need to buy memberships. Plus, when we checked out, they even gave my kids a toy watch. Overall, the service was really good.

GGuest UserNight Feast Warmth: The 12th-floor restaurant offers noodles and rice vermicelli in the evenings, perfect for a late-night snack for those who arrive back at the hotel late. A very thoughtful touch.
Kids' Playground: There's a children's playground in the hotel lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning, so the children ended up soaking wet from playing. Hopefully, they'll add AC in the future.
Overall: The service was good, and the room was clean. The hotel is right next to the beach 🏖️, and you can borrow sand-digging tools from the front desk. It's also next to a helicopter 🚁 base, but thankfully the noise wasn't too bad and was acceptable.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and my family and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We booked a children’s room for our 3-year-old, and she absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, quite new, and well equipped with many toys and even special toiletries prepared for children, which was a thoughtful touch. Since we had a lot of luggage, the hotel kindly arranged staff to assist us both at check-in and check-out. I would especially like to mention Mr. Liang, who helped us carry and look after our luggage. His attentive service left us with a very positive impression. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to families traveling with children.

GGuest UserThe container family suite was better than I expected. With two rooms, one side featuring bunk beds for kids, it didn't feel cramped and the children had their own space for entertainment.
Initially, I was worried about the room feeling stuffy, but with the current weather, it wasn't an issue. Plus, being able to park right downstairs was very convenient.
The room attendant service was also good; their responses were quick and efficient.
During the Chinese New Year, the activities arranged by the Chimelong Starry Resort were full of ceremony, too. From the fish lantern parade and iron flower displays to the starlight show and bonfire party, NPCs guided everyone, making for a well-ordered and enjoyable experience.

LLeleEvery time we visit Chimelong, choosing the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin has become more than just a simple stay for us – it's like a 'warm agreement' with familiarity and peace of mind.
This agreement entails consistently clean surroundings, skin-friendly and comfortable bedding, and reassuring soundproofing, ensuring our family, tired from traveling and playing, always gets a solid, deep sleep. Although the convenient shuttle service is no longer available, the memories of joyful rides still sparkle in time. And the hotel's heated pool is our secret 'energy-releasing magic,' always ready to handle our little one who's perpetually 'full of power.'
But what truly keeps us coming back, time and again, is far more than just these amenities. It's the people here, who, with their genuine warmth, have turned a temporary stay into a homecoming for our hearts. Just like this morning at breakfast, the familiar Olivia greeted us with a big hug from afar and quietly presented us with a Hello Kitty keychain and a cute phone charm she personally selected – a small gesture that seemed to add a soft filter to the entire morning, and even the whole day.
For me, the most beautiful scenery on a journey is often not found between mountains and seas, but in these unexpected touches of warmth, and in the people who remember you and are willing to thoughtfully create surprises for you.

GGuest UserThe environment at Chimelong Circus Hotel in Zhuhai truly left a striking impression; this stay was a unique experience. The lobby immediately impressed with its spaciousness and excellent natural light. The circus-themed decor, while colorful and bright, never felt gaudy, and the dome and lighting fixtures were exquisite. Even the air carried a subtle, pleasant hotel fragrance, creating an incredible ambiance. The hallway decorations were thoughtfully done, with paintings and carpet colors that were whimsical yet stylish.
The guest room interior was equally commendable. The window offered expansive views with great natural light during the day, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The room's color scheme was warm and inviting, and the furniture had a lovely, rounded design, perfectly complementing the circus theme. The bathroom was clean and bright, with soft, white towels and bath sheets. The mouthwash cups and amenities were neatly arranged. A particular highlight was the room's excellent soundproofing; once the windows were closed, external noise was virtually nonexistent, and the air conditioning ran quietly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The hotel's surroundings were also pleasant, with the park within walking distance and well-maintained greenery and thoughtful landscaping along the way. Overall, this is a hotel that executes its 'circus' theme beautifully without feeling cheap. The environment is refined, clean, and memorable – definitely worth revisiting.

GGuest UserOnce confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now.
2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great!
20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day.
Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN?
This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room.
Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them.
That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day.
They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?!
Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel.
They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children!
The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room.
To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

The view of the room is facing practice green, which is really nice even in bad weather.
The living room is good but the washroom is a bit worn. I also spot something black at the ceiling which looks like mold.
Breakfast option is very limited.
