PPoonie TiengtrongI booked and stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located in the heart of Zhangjiejia and close to restaurants and supermarkets, and within walking distance to Tianmenshan cable car. The decoration is impressive.
The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the amenities here. Everything is well-equipped- free drinks,, snack, even eye masks. The hotel offered such as l the delighted breakfast which you can choose whatever are in the brunch of breakfast lists.
Despite the language barrier, hotel staff have a hard effort in communicating with the guests. I especially thank you to a special reception - Xiao Pai the reception cat. He made me such a joyful time staying in this hotel even more. The hotel also offers free complementary laundry for guests .
Perfect stay and highly recommended.

DDaniel SheekhmetovFantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.

The ponds are a highlight. They’re not just decorative; they create a calming atmosphere that carries throughout the lodge. Sitting by the water in the early morning or at sunset is especially memorable, with only the sounds of birds and the occasional ripple breaking the silence.
The rooms continue that same sense of comfort and simplicity. Built with timber elements, they feel warm and grounded rather than overly polished. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged—clean, spacious, and equipped with the essentials for a relaxing stay. Large windows often bring in views of the gardens or ponds, making it easy to feel connected to the outdoors even when you’re inside.
The service was outstanding. All my needs and questions were answered promptly.
What really defines the lodge is its balance: it offers comfort without losing its natural charm. It’s not trying to be flashy or luxurious in a conventional sense—instead, it succeeds by creating a peaceful environment where the surroundings take center stage.

The front desk service was also fantastic; they helped us book tickets for attractions with discounts, and the staff were always ready to assist with any travel questions we had.

GGuest UserFor the view of the mountains, this stay is so awesome. If you mainly want to see the Zhangjiajie National Park, I really recommend this hotel. For me, I underestimated the amount of time it would take to get to Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie city. It was a little inconvenient for me because I had to call taxis if I wanted to go out to eat and it was kind of far. A lot of taxi drivers would ask me for a tip because the location was difficult to reach. Apart from the location issue, I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were so accommodating and kind and even drove me to Zhangjiajie city on my last day. The dogs were so cute and the view of the mountains was stunning. If you want a perfect getaway from the city and stunning views, then this is the place for you. If you want to hangout in the more lively places, it might be kind of a hassle. This hotel is perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

CCap_SnejokIt's a complete Super Deluxe and delight! Very beautiful hotel. Pleasant aroma everywhere inside. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Thanks to the girl Echo at the reception for her help. We checked in at 12:15, didn't have to wait.
Everything in the room is very good and comfortable, every detail is thought out. There is a sleep mode, all the lights turn off with one button and the curtains close. An ambient mode with pleasant night illumination. Reading light mode.
The beds are very comfortable, and we slept very well. Two pillows - orthopedic and with some kind of husk inside.
The restaurant is beautiful, with high ceilings. The breakfast is very tasty, everything is fresh. This is the best hotel we've been to in China. I'll recommend it to my friends. During the eviction, they presented a large package with gifts.

AAnonymous UserThe owner was super nice! As soon as I checked in, they helped me plan my route and gave me tons of helpful suggestions – so thoughtful. On my second day, I had to leave early for Dongmen, and they even prepared breakfast in advance for me, which was a really warm gesture. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the fruit was good too! 😊 The hotel's location is excellent. It's only 20 minutes from the West High-Speed Rail Station and 10 minutes from the airport. It's also not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, so after exploring, you can just walk back to the hotel.

The rooms are excellent, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style after a long day of exploring. Most importantly, the location is unbeatable. You are right where you need to be to access the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, making the trip up the mountain incredibly convenient and stress-free.

KKatiTranWe had a wonderful stay here as a family of four and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay.
What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us, which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free.
The staff also helped us a lot with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They assisted us with organizing our itinerary, making reservations, and answering all of our questions immediately whenever we needed support. It has been a long time since we experienced such genuine hospitality and kindness.
Although our first room had a few minor issues, the staff responded immediately and helped us without hesitation by arranging a new room for us right away. During our departure, we even noticed that the original room was already being renovated and the issues were being fixed, which really showed us how much the hotel cares about maintaining high standards and listening to guest feedback.
Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop terrace with a wonderful view over the city. The hotel location is also excellent, with major attractions and important sights reachable within just a few minutes on foot. The free laundry service was also a very convenient bonus during our trip.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Zhangjiajie. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
