⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a very pleasant stay at JI Hotel near Guangzhou South Railway Station. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient if you’re travelling by high-speed rail. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. What impressed me most was the service. The staff really made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would happily stay here again!

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, and the room is spacious enough. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, so the overall facilities are excellent. I was in a hurry when leaving in the morning and left my baby's speaking pen in the room. After contacting the front desk, they helped me find it and mailed it back. It truly lives up to its reputation as a major chain hotel. I hope to stay here again next time. Airport shuttle service: It was fantastic! Departed punctually at 6 AM, with a shuttle every hour.

This hotel truly embodies the meaning of ”home away from home.” From the moment I walked in, the warm smiles and greetings from the hospitality staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The comfortable sofa in the room was the perfect spot to relax, just like a cozy recliner. The hotel's laundry return service was a particularly pleasant surprise; my clothes were folded neatly – excellent attention to detail. The local specialty noodles I had for breakfast were a delicious way to start the day, putting a perfect end to my trip!

The room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures online – what you see is what you get. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was a delightful surprise! While it didn't offer as many varieties as a large hotel, everything was fresh, delicious, and healthy. The laundry room was clean, and the gym was decent; my only suggestion would be to complete the dumbbell set and replace the yoga mat. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, especially given its fantastic location right next to Jiangnanxi subway station. It's lively yet quiet, making it incredibly convenient for finding great food and shopping.

The service is attentive and personalized, and the management is thoughtful and meticulous. The environment is great, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room is spacious, and it's close to popular attractions like Beijing Road and Canton Tower, making it easy to get around. There's also parking available. This will be my top choice next time I visit Guangzhou.

The front desk lady was super helpful! We couldn't arrange luggage delivery because we didn't have a Chinese phone number, but she went above and beyond to help us sort it out. She was so patient and spent a lot of time assisting us. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack. Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, afternoon tea from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the late-night snack from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. I found the hotel very convenient; it's close to the Tianhe business district. The room even had a mini-fridge that was well-stocked and good to eat from. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a XiaoDu smart speaker in the room. It's very convenient to get to places like Zhujiang New Town and Canton Tower, just a street away with lots of food options. There's also an Oriental Plaza shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for browsing. The staff even gave me some fighting stickers and a fridge magnet, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hygiene was excellent, and the room attendants always had a smile on their faces – truly wonderful. The room had a complete set of bedding. Parking is very convenient, available on -1 or -2 floors. The hotel also has a laundry room on the fourth floor, which is quite handy, and a gym on the same floor, which is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. What a delightful trip to Guangzhou!

The place is very convenient, and clean, comfortable as well. Staff no 9 and 2 is very friendly and helpful, would def recommend people to stay here!! We also got gifts!! so happy!

This hotel's location is indeed excellent, with a subway station conveniently located just a short walk away, making it very easy to get to Pazhou. The service efficiency is also quite high; when I had an issue and contacted the front desk, someone came to resolve it quickly. The room was clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was also quite comprehensive.

The room facilities are quite old. The shower is located over the bathtub, which made bathing with a child very inconvenient! The soundproofing was terrible, and the air conditioning was extremely loud, so I barely slept all night. It was raining heavily when we checked in, and the window was leaking... The room view was great though, so I guess we paid for the Guangzhou scenery.
