Amazing
CCheng_Mr. AsiaI had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection Chinatown. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore the area and access public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Mary Dolly and Xia for their warm hospitality and attentive support. They were friendly, responsive, and made the stay smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service in Chinatown.

GGuest UserOur stay at Heritage Collection on Arab was truly fantastic. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very convenient—exactly what I was hoping for, as my preference was to stay close to halal restaurants. The highlight, of course, was its unbeatable location—just under 30 meters from the majestic Sultan Mosque, which gave our trip a unique charm. What made the experience even more memorable was how the team handled my initial mistake. I had accidentally booked at HC on Boat Quay instead of HC on Arab. Upon explaining my situation, the staff graciously arranged for a switch, and I am very grateful for that flexibility and understanding. A heartfelt thank you to Mae, Divina, and Gracie for attending to my wife and me with such attentiveness through digital support. Every query and request was promptly responded to, making help always just a tap away. Their professionalism and kindness added a personal touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

GGuest UserWell located in Chinatown but more likely to a cafe side not the market side. Only 2-3 minutes close to Maxwell MRT station. Staff are friendly and helpful. I just found out that there are laundry and dryer provided but I stayed only few days, no use of laundry. The water pressure for shower is excellent and A+ for the amenities. Room is pretty small but fine for me because it is only for bedtime. There is a good coffee shop called ‘Acoustic Cafe’ and Cheesecake shop Queic by Olivia’ close-by, highly recommended. Plan to book here for the next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient, especially for bikers, there are public motorcycle parking lots right in front of the hotel. I selected a room away from the lift and without a window, which helped reduce noise significantly, making it very quiet and comfortable for rest. The facilities are new and well maintained. I had to work overnight and only returned to the hotel around 4am; the staff was kind enough to allow a late checkout at 1pm instead of the usual 11am, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and thoughtful stay.

GGuest UserThe property is lovely and very clean. The rooms are cosy and provide slippers and robes, there are also a variety of teas and coffee provided. An iron is available on request at reception. The only thing that would be nice to have is a small side light at the bedsides instead of the spotlight. Overall, a wonderful stay!

GGuest UserEverything was great, however, the pillows were the worst for me and my husband. They were very soft so they fell flat the moment our heads landed on them. But, cleanliness, the vibes, the staffs were excellent :) in the morning, we were clueless though when it came to breakfast and we found other families also started coming to the restaurant but couldn’t find anyone by 9am. Guests with young kids would be hungry by then. Hopefully, these feedbacks could be something to be improved on by the management. All in all, I’d still highly recommend this place :) it’s a chill vibe with amazing experience, especially for young kids who love buses.

GGuest UserThis was my first trip to Singapore, and actually my first time in Southeast Asia, traveling independently. After comparing several hotels online, I chose Homix Hotel. You can think of Singapore's hotel prices as comparable to Beijing's. This hotel has an excellent location in Balestier, not in a red-light district or an Indian-dominated area. Although it's about a kilometer from the nearest MRT station, it's very close to several bus stops. We primarily used buses for our entire trip, which was super convenient. Near the hotel, there's Ya Kun Kaya Toast, a popular Singaporean breakfast spot, and an affordable supermarket – a welcome change from the overpriced mineral water at 7-Eleven! There are also Bak Kut Teh and Hainanese Chicken Rice stalls nearby that seem to be frequented by locals, so the food there should be good, based on my observations. The hotel is newly opened and currently in a soft-opening phase. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby on the first floor, not in the rooms. The rooms have bunk beds and plenty of storage space, plus they have proper windows, which is a great design – we could open them for ventilation when we went out. There was no formaldehyde smell in the room either. Currently, toiletries are self-service, but this might change once they officially open. If you arrive early or need to store your luggage on your last day, you can do so in the lobby. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, so no worries there. Even if you encounter staff who don't speak good Chinese, you can still check in with 'plastic English' (broken English), so don't be concerned. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I come to Singapore again, I would definitely stay here.

11360168****The location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk to Fort Canning Park, and Clarke Quay is right next door, which gets really lively at night with a whole street of bars and late-night food. It's also not far from the MRT. On our first day, we took a cable car to Sentosa Island and used GRAB for the round trip, but after that, we mostly used the MRT for getting around. For Singapore, this price is really affordable!

AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient, close to the metro station and the bus stop. There's a 7/11 nearby. I expected much better, but the room on the first floor was a mistake... an Asian cockroach on the first night spoiled the overall experience (not a pleasant find). The staff is quite helpful, no complaints.
