RRiley KohIt’s my first trip to China alone and prior to the travel dates I check some matters with the hotel, the response was timely, staff is also friendly.
As I arrive before the check in date, I try to request for early check in which the counter lady was very helpful to get me a room just after an hour in of waiting. The location is fantastic as it’s was a short 2-5 mins walk away from the buzzing Beijing walking street - with malls and stalls, opening even late at night.
When I thought I lost my phone during one of the days I went out for dinner and request for the staff to help check the room - they reply promptly and help to find the phone in the end, giving me the assurance and help lift my worries. I’m truly thankful for their attentiveness and also the helpfulness as one of the counter staff guy even help me to find my shopping parcel delivery. Room was comfy with daily cleaning :)
Overall it’s a great hotel with kind people, fantastic location and value for money.

GGuest UserThis was my second time visiting Sihai City specifically for the Dinosaur Park, and this time I chose Xana. I was even more satisfied than last time. The location is incredibly convenient; there's an entrance to the Dinosaur Park within 100 meters of the building, which is fantastic! 👍🏻 The room was fairly clean, and although a washing machine was provided, I didn't use it. Staying on a higher floor was quieter, but the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking outside. Luckily, the neighbors were relatively quiet. The service was excellent. I didn't expect them to clean the room after two nights, but when I returned in the evening after going out at noon, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean. The air conditioning was powerful! 👍🏻 And the price was reasonable. I'll definitely choose Xana again next time I'm at Sihai City.

We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around, especially with the subway station so close by. There are also convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff are all very warm and have a great attitude. My only minor complaint is that the hotel doesn't have non-smoking rooms, so some rooms might have a smoky smell. However, you can easily request a room change, and the staff are always happy to help with that.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities are also comprehensive; the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is stable. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. If you're visiting, I highly recommend this hotel!

The bedding is soft and clean, and the breakfast boasts a wide variety of authentic local Guangzhou flavors. The staff are warm, attentive, and thoughtful, paying attention to the small details. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel was good, but not great. The pictures made it look a lot nicer than it was in person.
Location: Great. Walking distance from a lot of small shops and restaurants. Beijing Road is not a walkable distance. We had to walk 10-15 mins to the closest train station, then take a train for one stop.
Cleanliness: Ok, their toilet which is “automatic” stopped flushing in both our rooms.
Temperature: The entire hotel is humid, there is absolutely no air flowing except the lobby and inside the rooms.
Smart Control: this absolutely ******. The rooms have a “xiao du” (similar to Alexa/siri) the controlled everything, from the lights to the tv to the air conditioner. This is where trouble started, my Chinese is limited and I struggled with asking it to turn on the AC. And if I did, it wouldn’t allow me to adjust the settings, I didn’t know what to ask it. I couldn’t get the “TV” (which is a projector) to work.
Breakfast: the selection was so small, and the portions were limited. It was literally “first come first serve” the quality was mediocre. Store bought cakes and buns. It was on the “rooftop” but realistically it was inside a small shed, seating were outdoors.
Accessibility: we were tucked away in a corner of the second floor that was not elevator accessible, but the staff were nice enough to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. The rest of the floors were accessible by elevators.
Staff: wonderful, they were nice and caring. They even gave us ice cream when we left.
Overall, I’d give it a 3.5/5 because I was fooled by the pictures online.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The place was easy to find and the check in process was seamless. The room was comfortable and larger than in the pictures. Moreover you can order items online and the reception will receive them. The only downside was that the gym wasn't very clean and the rooftop, which lacks maintenance.
