Renovated in 2023, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, grill). Shower/WC. Boiler (300 litres). South facing position and, east facing position, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
