XXinyuzulinIn the case of generally expensive and low cost-effective hotels in Almaty, this is a very cost-effective homestay!
The mountain is a wealthy area, and the air is good.
The boss and his wife are very polite, and the breakfast is freshly made and prepared very considerately.
After a tiring day at work, it is very comfortable to come back and sit in the yard to relax.

ААся ТарасоваThe brand new, fresh apartment is bright and spacious. Contactless check-in, and the service is excellent. The location is convenient in a modern residential complex near a metro station. There were some minor issues, but they were tolerable. I wrote to the owner about them. I hope they fix them. I highly recommend it!

FFlagPAULThe location is near the metro station (Raiymbek MS). It is situated in a new complex of residential building. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Natalie (landlord) is kind. We arrived at the property around 1AM and were not able to get inside the building because of the unfamiliarity with the security system (automatic door opens after you input the apartment number). She explained how to get inside the property with complete description and video tutorials. She didn't ask for the payment upfront. She trusted us to pay at our convenience, which we did the following day. I highly recommend the property, especially it has a bathtub, perfect for the winter of KZ. It has complete cooking equipment, you can cook food. It also has washing machine. Raqmet! 🎉

DDoc BokFairly close to the center. It can be convenient if you learn how to use the buses. The room is a nice size with lots of space. The ”double bed” is really just twin beds pushed together. They are hard so can be uncomfortable to sleep on. The beds don't come with blankets, only a sheet. Since there is no aircon, and only a fan, the room gets quite hot. On the last week I was here my card kept getting deactivated, so I was forced to go to reception every day to reactivate it.
