VITA Hotel & Rooftop

Unless you're deaf, avoid this hotel at all costs. At 1 AM, the noise level in my room was almost 60 decibels. There are at least six or seven bars surrounding the hotel, with blaring music, shouting, and even sounds of fights. This extreme noise continued until 3 AM, making it impossible to rest, and the surrounding area felt very unsafe. What's even more outrageous is the hotel's handling of the situation. Before I checked out, the hotel manager, Rishant Thapa, verbally promised a partial refund but refused to provide written confirmation, claiming the finance department couldn't work on a Sunday. The very next day after I checked out, Amanda Schembri from hotel management went back on their word, refusing any compensation and even stating, "these bars are allowed to operate until 4 AM." So, I guess I was lucky it only lasted until 3 AM? Overall, this hotel is terrible, from its basic services to its business integrity. You've been warned.

Beautiful hotel in the city center. The reception is 24/7, and our superior room was new with a great view of the Mercury Tower. The rooftop was also lovely, with a view, a heated pool, sun loungers, and a bar. Breakfast was good too. The only potential issue is that the area is full of bars, so there can be loud music until late at night, but overall it was a great stay.

An incredibly beautiful place with good transport links and friendly service.

The location is fantastic! It's right in the heart of St. Julian's, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a Burger King next door and a supermarket open late just a minute's walk away, plus the sea is close by. Breakfast had a great variety and was very comfortable and peaceful. The only issue was the shower curtain was too short, causing the toilet area to get soaked, which made showering difficult. Despite that, I'd still want to stay here again on my next trip.
