Caribbean Inn and Suites

Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in.

Room was very clean and the staff is amazing..

There were lots of small insects all over the kitchen, especially at night. We were very uncomfortable throughout the night.

I am a pilot, was passing through for the night. Owner was kind a gave me a drive to get a bite to eat. Simple quite place with a soft bed, good AC and hot water. Worked for me!

The hotel is in a very secluded area with no eateries or shops nearby. The room is okay but not up to the general standards, definitely not worth the price. Although they claim they serve bfast at the hotel, there was no one either at the front desk or so called bfast area between 7.30 - 9.30 am. This is not a place I would recommend to stay. Would rate this a 2 star, at most. Stay here only if you have no other option.

The property is not within the vicinity of any shops or restaurants and does not provide dining. There is no one manning reception on a regular basis so you have to wait until someone turns up! ☹️

This place is a complete scam! Our flight was cancelled in Antigua so we booked a room here online for the night and had a paid confirmation. We shared a taxi with another couple who had personally called and he said he would hold the last room for them. When the taxi dropped us off, the lobby was empty and the doors locked. We finally found a person who said there were no rooms. We explained we both had confirmation of rooms to which she informed us, "he said you didn't show up so he gave them to someone else". We came DIRECTLY from the airport there which was less than 1 hr! When "he" returned to the resort he all but ran past us and said a taxi is coming for you and disappeared into the hotel. He wouldn't even apologize or pay for our taxi to go to another hotel so we incurred another $40+ fee. Then when I called the provider I booked through, they called him and he lied and said we were a no show. HE called the taxi for us! NEVER would i trust a reservation here!
