Never go to Heritage Hotel. The place is old peeling bathroom counter. The towels are discolored, old also the bed sheets. All the furniture are dusty very old. The pipes were busted two days in a row hence we had no water for a while. When water came back on it was brown. Had to make it run for 30 mins before it got clear. Some of the staff were very indifferent n cold.

Nice big room ,comfortable bed ,balcony was great but noise from night club up the road very loud and kept going till 5am

The lightening is poor. The sink was slightly damaged. Location is perfect to shop and to get food.

Great location in StJohn's Nice people. Rooms a bit dated but very big and everything is working.

Heritage hotel needs a hugh make over. I would not recommend a long stay at this hotel. I would recommend overnight stay only.

Room was clean but bathroom ceiling needs to be updated and other updates would greatly improve the room. Staff were excellent.

The room had roaches. It was loud at nice facing the main road. Some of the staff was very rude and not helpful. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was a very bad experience and very disappointing. I so wish we did not book this hotel. I think it should be listed as a half star hotel.
