Uno - St Ives

Absolutely perfect in every way. We booked the sunset room and it is modern, spacious, clean, and has a great view out to St Ives bay. The bed and pillows are comfortable, great bathroom and shower, and a nicely equipped kitchen with Nespresso. We really savored and enjoyed every minute staying in the beautiful room. Highly recommended.

Dan welcomed us and kindly helped carry out bags to our room. We stayed in room 2, sunset. It was perfect! Light and airy, clean, with a well equipped kitchen and even hair straighteners! Great location and views. Would definitely come back. Thank you, Katie and Dominic x

A very warm welcome from Lorena, we were earlier than expected and were able to check in. We had the master suite, and it did not disappoint. The view from the floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the suite were stunning. It is all open plan, Bath, shower included, only the toilet has privacy. So not for you if you are shy!! There was an additional little room which was great for storing our cases and clothes. The room was not serviced daily as we thought it would be, as it says ‘serviced’ on the booking site we used to book, but towels were replaced after two days. (We stayed for 4 nights) The fact that it was not serviced was not a problem for us, although it would have been a nice touch! Unfortunately it rained a majority of our stay, but sitting looking out across the bay, keeping dry and being comfortable made it tolerable. The walk down into town isn’t too far distance wise, but very steep, especially coming back up!! Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend if you don’t mind walking down into town and want an amazing view!

The warm, modern decor and unique design style at Uno St Ives draws your attention to different aesthetics that make for an overall cohesive interior space: whether it’s the nifty, electric sliding blackout blinds, stupendously cosy beds or even the glass walls - (at least in our room) - you certainly enjoy the illusion of brightness and spaciousness whilst being able to get a very decent night sleep at lights out. Service-wise, a few calls for small requests were promptly responded to and the team helpful, humble and very friendly we found. Jokes were exchanged. Thanks D&L. Tho’ an upset stomach after eating oysters and kaput car battery upon checkout - (our unforeseen problems for the record!), we enjoyed our brief stay. Thanks team Uno. PS: we actually brought the card game and forgot to play it.

Lorena and Dan were so friendly and helpful. The property is set up on a hill with gorgeous views of Saint Ives. I received a free upgrade and the room was spectacular. Highly recommend. Short walk into town for good restaurants and shopping.
