No12 Bed and Breakfast, St Andrews

Location was great - lovely view and no more than a 5-10 min walk to the center of St Andrews. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our host was attentive, friendly and wanted to help us make sure our experience was perfect. The breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The No. 12 Bed and Breakfast in St. Andrews. From the moment we arrived, our host Pam was welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room had a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Each morning breakfast offered a delicious selection! A beautiful, up-to-date B&B with an outstanding view of the water in a location far enough from the middle of town for a calm, quiet stay but close enough to easily walk to town, the coast and all the historic sites. Pam has great local knowledge to provide guidance on anything you might need. An excellent breakfast, a welcoming hostess in Pam and two friendly dogs made this a stay to remember.

A spotless B & B hosted by a Scottish gem, Pam. Great views and delicious breakfast. Easy walk to town centre and the Old Course and Himalayas. Very enjoyable and can't wait to visit again.

Spent five days in St. Andrew’s at the No. 12 B & B. Our host Pam, was lovely. She had great suggestions on where to eat & even helped us secure reservations. We had a freshly made breakfast daily. The location is a short walk to town & out of the fray so nice & quiet. It was convenient to the golf courses as well as the Fife Coastal Walk. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Pam's and had a wonderful time, with the best ever breakfasts. It was quiet, had a very comfortable bed, had windows that actually opened and with good views of the sea. Good bathroom too. The garden was beautifully kept and it was very interesting to talk with Pam.

Auntie Pam took great care of us, gave us a variety of restaurants to eat at and we were able make reservations in advance! Breakfast was amazing!!!! Our room was clean and had a wonderful view. Walking distance to the ocean and there is a paved path that you can follow into town. Pam was a gracious and helpful hostess!

Wonderful host and excellent location for staying in St Andrews. Breakfast was very nice and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

This B&B was amazing. This included location, parking, and facilities, but above all, the host made us feel so welcome and at home. To top it all off, the breakfast was superb, cooked perfectly and very sustaining for the day ahead. Thanks for having us and making us feel like family during our stay.
