Holiday Inn SPRINGDALE/FAYETTEVILLE AREA by IHG

Roo.s were very clean. Staff was very courteous. Look forward to staying there again on our next trip back.

We have stayed here several times and will continue to return. The breakfast is good, and there is a variety in which our entire family can choose from. The pool and spa area ae kept clean and we utilize it every time we come. The rooms are kept up and the staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Room were clean,bed was comfortable.Breakfast was good.Hotel is showing a little Agę but still a good value and convenient..

I prepaid for my room and the hotel was good for the price I paid. However... I just noticed an extra $50 charge pending. I am an IHG rewards member and did not even get the free continental breakfast either day. I fake AI voice answered the IHG customer we service line and was no help. Very disappointed.

We lived in Arkansas forever but moved to Texas to be closer to family. We always stayed at the Holiday Inn, it was clean, nice everywhere in the hotel that we went. This time I was very disappointed. We got put in a room that pets could stay in, the chair was nasty, the room smelled like dirty dogs, the bed skirt had something on it and the bathroom wasn't clean. It didn't look like that the area behind the toilet hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We've never considered anywhere else to stay but we won't be staying there anymore. Sorry for the negative attitude but we were so disappointed.

Breakfast was great, staff at the bar was great. Bed was made with blood stains in several areas and the heat and air didn’t work.

Terrific room and the staff are amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and professional.
