Hampton Inn Spring Hill

Very nice property and located within walking distance of many great places to eat and drink

This Hampton was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast bar had many different options every day and very clean. I would recommend it.

We waited 40 min in the lobby to get checked in. Brandy was at the front desk but she didn’t know how to use the system and then when we asked if there’s a manager she respond by saying “check in is at 3pm” really now? We had a late flight and we just arrived. We plan on visiting TN often and this is NOT a hotel we revisit again.

We’ve stayed here several times and everything is always perfect!

I liked it but I am a smoker and there wasnt anywhere for smokers to hangout except at the very frint of th hotel. I paid just like everyone else and should be able to enjoy the outside patio just like those who do not. I am sick of being made to feel like a pariah because I smoke.

Courteous and helpful staff; very clean room, hallways, and dining area

The bathroom was the main issue. No bathroom fan, had to keep wiping the moisture off the mirror. With use of the bathroom sink/faucet the water would run on counter then drip on floor because of the way the counter was tilted or angled. Sliding farmers/barn doors is not a conducive bathroom design for a hotel. sliding door kept coming off track, it was annoying to kept lining it up to put it back on track. with the door closed you still could see into the bathroom from the sides, no privacy, no lock. Room size cramped for the cost. Staff was friendly. Location good. Eats near.

Practically new hotel surrounded by shopping and dining options. Room was 10/10 clean but in-room fridge was noisy for being new-ish and hidden inside the TV cabinet. The only real disappointment was that I prefer a bathtub and the room I was given had a walk-in shower instead. I would definitely stay here again, though, if I am in the area.
