I enjoyed the stay. I would have enjoyed it better if there was a laundry room to clean your clothes at. I work in the morning,so it would be nice to have clean clothes and if the juice machine worked in the place where we can get breakfast. It was broke

Front desk at reception was exceptionally accommodating. When I arrived I needed help finding a restaurant where I could get dinner take-out. Lee, the manager, pulled up a restaurant he recommended and helped me order dinner. When I inquired about the availability of breakfast before my early a.m. departure to the airport he left breakfast for me at the reception desk. Thank you Lee for your care and friendly service - you are clearly a special man! Room was clean and recently renovated so it was very pleasant. One recommendation - shower floor was very slippery. Could add something to the floor to give a more secure shower experience.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed and all things we needed in the bathroom were there. Also very handy that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room! We needed to be close to the airport. Quiet environment.

Properly was spotless, nice breakfast, clean pool and gym area. In our room tho, the heater did not work. They offered a space heater and we requested a different room. It all worked out tho nicely

Shuttle bus hours of operation not so convenient. We had to take a shuttle hours before our flight with young children as there were no shuttles after that time before our flight. When we returned from our trip and requested a shuttle back to the hotel for our second stay, the receptionist was very rude and told us there were no more shuttles. Were travelling with young children who were very tired. They did eventually send a shuttle after we waited for quite some time. Recommend staff being trained to be friendlier and understanding for guests travelling with children. Room clean. Great breakfast selection. All other staff were friendly. Was just this person. Not sure i could recommend this hotel for families. But aside from that it was a good experience.
