Service at the reception terrible. You are not able to manage anything without manager which is not available after 5PM. Problem with everything. Manager went madnes when we told we want to swap rooms between people in our group. We spend there New Years Eve party with my friends group of 20 people variable age from 7 to 50. We paid in advance for the event but they forgot to prepare table for as. Finally after 1 hour fight with staff we got table at the second flor, but the main event with musicians and etc. was at ground flor. At 2nd of January restaurant was closed till 6th of Jan. We had to arrange food on our own. Crazy Good thing was an access to swimming pool (75 minutes) included in accommodation. Cleaning service was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is okay for the money. Nice swimming pool, and wellness was also ok- except for only 1 sauna working out of 2.Breakfast looks nice, but it is really boring. Not sure what the cleaning staff did except for changing towels. Beds were never done nor was the floor cleaned. Most people in the hotel don’t speak English.

Great choice of accomodation i Spindleruv Mlyn with all the amenities you might want. The best oné is swimming pool, and its visit everydayfor 75 minutes is included in prize. Another great one is own bus uphill, that rides tuesday to thurstday for s bettet prize than commercially available in the city.

Das Hotel war für die 4 Nächte okay. Leider hatte ich oft Verständigungsprobleme, da das Personal nur ganz vereinzelt Englisch und Deutsch spricht. Das Zimmer war gut, alles war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Mein größter Minuspunkt war leider das Essen; Vegetarische Wahl hatte ich hier leider kaum, was ich extrem schade fand, da wir im Jahr 2024 leben und es für mich einfach dazu gehört. Das anliegende Schwimmbad ist wirklich toll und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
