Great hotel. And great staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. She also can say thank you in Chinese. Very satisfying journey. The staff arranged a room with balcony for us. And we enjoyed the perfect lake view there. Everything is prepared well in this hotel. The breakfast was nice. You can enjoy different kinds of coffee.

酒店位置不錯，停車方便，景觀也好。但是入住體驗不太好，很多基本施捨沒有，比如燒水壺。十一的時候入住的，基本上全是中國人，因為房間隔音很差，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚。早餐不錯。

第一次在Trip上冩評論。圖恩湖是非常美麗的，接待人員也很好，但是這應該算在瑞士體驗最差的一個晚上。現在是6月，氣溫開始變熱，沒有風扇提供的我們在屋子裡像蒸桑拿，和在瑞士景區住的前幾夜形成鮮明對比。地理位置的優點是它靠在湖邊，除此以外在週末如果你在施皮茨度假，所有超市幾乎都關門，如果你想有更多食物選擇，你必須前往因特拉肯。
另外，如果你不幸運選擇了基礎房型，那麼你會被分配到猶如車庫的一樓，窗外就是馬路，除掉隔音效果極差，凌晨2點還能聽到酒吧的搖滾樂，作爲來瑞士旅行的人，你一定不希望晚上失眠打擾第二天的行程。你還會遇到時刻需要擔心外麵的人扒拉你的門簾(注意:我無法想像注重私人隱私的瑞士會有這樣的房間：能將我們和外麵隔斷的從裡麵到外麵隻有透明薄紗，透明玻璃落地窗和能扒開的門簾)，這是最讓我難以理解的設計。
不幸的是，當晚我們隔壁一個對印度情侶而沒有意識到這個一點，講話聲音猶如掛在窗外的loudspeaker，還在我們之後後知後覺的情況下敲擊我們的玻璃。這意味着那位印度男生很有可能掀開了我們的金屬門簾敲落地窗，而我當時穿着內褲坐在床上，被冒犯到了。
To put it midly, 基礎房型和官網提供的參考圖案沒有一點關繫，所付價格能夠有更多更好的選擇!

酒店在湖邊，推開窗就可以看到湖，前台很熱情，早餐也很棒，酒店新裝修的，裝修風格我很喜歡，是那種極簡風，酒店也很乾凈

酒店入住時間為15:00-20:00需注意。晚上八點後酒店正門reception會直接關閉鎖門，需要打電話給工作人員去key box拿房間鑰匙，非常麻煩，也是第一次見會關門的酒店。
酒店佈局很複雜，容易迷路，隔音很差。
其次從酒店前往Spiez火車站需要走差不多一公里的上坡路（其中一段特別陡），如果攜帶行李的話非常不方便，鎮裏也幾乎沒有公共交通。
