**Nice stay – good value for the price**
The bed was big and comfy, and I loved having pool access right outside the back door. They give free water and tea every day, and room service was easy to order or just walk to the restaurant.
It’s quiet in the villas, just a bit of noise from the highway. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided, so bring your own. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but a shopping mall is a 5-min walk and 7-Eleven is about 7 mins away.
Would stay again — way cheaper than other places I stayed in Phuket!"

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Regency Phuket impressed us with its stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset.
Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service.
We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

AAnonymous UserAlthough the building of the hotel itself is considerably nice and new, the service really needs improvement. Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

As a Muslim, I really appreciated their attentiveness. During breakfast, I was about to take a plate of spaghetti carbonara when two staff members quickly approached me. They kindly informed me that it contained pork and immediately replaced the dish without hesitation.
The next morning, they went above and beyond — monitoring my food choices and clearly labeling the dishes with ingredients like “Fettuccine with eggs” and “Noodles with squid.” It made it so much easier for me to enjoy my meals with confidence. That small but meaningful gesture truly touched my heart.
This trip has been an amazing honeymoon experience — peaceful and calming, even though we were right in the heart of town. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Kata Beach and 15 minutes to Karon Beach. If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning.
I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect stay from check in to check out. Lovely Petch at the front desk helped us to upgrade our room to better suit our family of 3. All food we ate at the restaurant and cafes were delicious. Our daughter felt a little ill for one day and missed breakfast the nice staff at breakfast remembered and asked how she was feeling the next day.
The pools were delightful and the spa was spectacular. I went twice to the spa and my husband once. We enjoyed the band duo serenading us one evening in the Andaman Lounge. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view.
The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

NNicolsRoom layouts are nice especially when you travel as two families, its easy to socialise with each other, just ask the front desk for rooms to be next to each other, most rooms look over the pool. 10 min walk to Fantasea . Rather eat dinner at Hotel than the buffet at Fantasea.
