Really fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. The location is also quite good, about a fifteen-minute walk to the city center. The high-floor rooms offer great views, and there's a large supermarket right downstairs.

Convenient location in Southbank, close to the CBD and right next to a supermarket. The hotel had everything I needed: kitchen, gym, and pool. Good view with a balony

Location, location, location. Very convenient to go everywhere & amazing views of Melbourne. A few issues of the actual room itself, which we've raised to the Manager so hopefully it's rectified for the next Guest . Smart TV not working, main bedroom window did not close properly, beds not made, rubbish not cleared and oven light broken. We did stay during the busiest Christmas week so the staffs were trying their best.

I've stayed here a few times now, and the views are always great. The facilities are pretty comprehensive, and the surrounding area has convenient amenities. However, this time I had an issue with the washing machine; the drying function often didn't work properly. The gym is also quite small and has basic equipment.
