Worst hotel experience ever. Booked the place through trip.com. arrived in the middle of night at SFO being told no shuttle service available ! Need to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

I have stayed 3 occasions during 2 weeks of my visit to San Francisco, and I fly to different cities during my stay in San Francisco. You can store your luggage free of charge if you have the next upcoming booking. Breakfast is good but the menu is the same everyday. It is near to Macdonald and Costco. Late check out is free until 12 pm, but extra charge of $57 for late check out till 6 pm which I used during my stay as my last flight is at 9 pm. Basically it is enjoyable stay at the hotel.
They have the shuttle bus every 45 mins for two time slots, (i) 5 am to 1025 am and (ii) 5 pm to 1015 pm.

The hotel provides free airport shuttle service. McD is right opposite the hotel and See's candies store is beside the hotel where you can shop for souvenirs.
The breakfast presentation needs to be improved. Other than that, overall is good.
