The Westin Jakarta

The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious. The front desk service was warm and professional. There's also a small food court less than a 5-minute walk away with plenty of food options. Everything about the hotel was great, except for the bath towels, which were too old. I recommend replacing them.

The room facilities were very old. The first room I was given had a window blocked by a pillar, and there were even bugs on the bed. I called to report it, but no one came to the room to resolve the issue for over ten minutes, so I had to go down and find staff myself. The service attitude was poor, and there was no Chinese service whatsoever. The male manager at the front desk had an English accent so heavy it was impossible to understand. This is a bad review. At the same price point, I recommend choosing other hotels to avoid a bad experience.
