The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good, if you have business at the embassies, you can walk there. The breakfast was good but the variety could be increased. The air conditioning was a bit problematic, it was cold even though I turned it off. Other than that, it is a hotel that I can recommend to everyone. Thank you.

The hotel is in a convenient location with good facilities. It is a little noisy at night and close to the road. But the indoor space is large and the bed is comfortable. It is suitable for resting here during business trips

There is construction going on around the hotel and it's very noisy, but other than that it's very good

It was very satisfying to stay at this hotel which was lacking only at the same time as the construction of the building next door

The environment is quiet, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is delicious! The equipment is everything. It is very convenient from various shopping malls. hygiene is also very clean

No kettle, just coffee machine. The inside of the coffee machine was not very clean. The service is questionable, the waiters are unprofessional kids. There is a problem with sound insulation. There are no restaurants nearby, only hotel restaurants with high prices. Mainly these issues, everything else is fine.

Breakfast was made to order, which was especially good, but it is better to order it in advance as it sometimes takes more than 20 minutes to come out. The downside of waking up to the temple broadcast at 4:30 every morning... well, most other hotels in Indonesia say the same.
