The location was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The MRT station is directly connected to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. However, the building itself feels quite dated and is in need of better maintenance. I was also surprised that the hotel doesn’t allow certain services to be charged to your room. If you use the spa, be aware that you’ll need to go to the front desk to pay if you’re using a credit card. You also can’t pay by credit card directly at the spa or when ordering room service. This was quite inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

My go-to hotel. Ease in travel with MRT just a few steps. Supermarket downstairs whr u can buy Indo stuff cheapest. Great buffet spread. rRestaurants in LG and 3rd flr. Wl def return again

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very good and spotless. Environment: Excellent, with scenic views. Service: The staff were great and very enthusiastic.

Food left over from previous night dinner was not cleared upon my check in, and still left uncleared on the same evening when i returned to hotel. It left a sour rotten food smell lingering in front of my room #2301.

Quick response at the reception. Housekeeping is efficient from the guest request. Spread at breakfast is satisfactory. Overall good and recommended for continuous stay at a later time.

Originally we booked only for 2 days as we didn’t know about this hotel. Our room was great and has the best view. We extended our stay 2 times and ended up staying for 8 days in total.

Very conveniently based in the shopping mall and metro stop. For the rest is a basic business hotel.
