The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean, as there were small bugs on the walls. The staff was not responsive. I requested a hair dryer at night, but there was no follow-up or confirmation, and I never received one. Breakfast was also poorly managed. They ran out of eggs, and there was no refill, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. This should have been anticipated. Great location, but the cleanliness, service, and operational readiness need significant improvement.

This hotel is really near Blok M, and if you wanna explore Blok M, this is recommended. 2-minute walk to MRT Blok M and also Plaza Blok M. I love the staff here, is very helpful, like Iqbal (if I'm not mistaken). Will stay at this hotel again. Oh, maybe next time I should request rooms that are not facing the road, as you will hear noise from the road next to your ear!

I only stayed here bcos the other hotels i usually booked was expensive today. Well, its about 300 meters towards the nearest mall which is not a plus for me, i like the hotels that are just across fr malls. So i wont book here again. Altogether the stay was fin

This hotel is really great! It's close to Blok M. Highly recommended for anyone visiting South Jakarta.

When I checked in, I asked for a room at the front. The receptionist informed me that those rooms could be a bit noisy due to traffic, which was fine by me. The hotel's location is strategic, close to Plaza Blok M and the Blok M culinary area.

This hotel is quite decent for a short stay, but with minimal facilities, I don't think it's very suitable for families. In the room, there were only 2 bottles of water with no complimentary tea, coffee, etc. (and no electric kettle either). There was only one hand soap and one toothbrush, with no complimentary shower cap or other toiletries. Honestly, I found a few small cockroaches in my room, but it was manageable as I could catch them myself. Breakfast refills were slow, so guests had to wait about 30 minutes (during New Year's peak season), and there weren't enough tables and chairs to accommodate all guests for breakfast. Please take this as feedback. The access is very strategic for getting around; you just need to cross the street to reach the MRT. The location is excellent overall.

Location is very good and near the malls and plaza. However, the rooms are small. Good for short stays only.

The room felt a bit old and musty. The humming sound from the AC outdoor compressor was quite loud inside the room—likely because the window seal is worn out. The broadcast TV signal was also unclear and full of static.
