Intercontinental Jakarta is a premium hotel which provides excellent services to guests. The staff riendly and always 😊 and helpful. I will come back again.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Connected to PIM easy to hang out till drop. The room and the facilities are modern and comfortable. The lobby and the welcome drinks are comfortable while waiting. Lifts are also quick without much queueing.

InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is hands down the best hotel in Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, it felt incredibly safe, welcoming, and just like a home away from home. Honestly, the service here is excellent and absolutely spotless from start to finish. Whether it was the front door staff, the concierge, the receptionist, room service, housekeeping, or the breakfast team every single department nail it. What makes it even more special is the genuine, warm smiles from all the staff members you encounter.

Breakfast buffet selection was incredible, very convenient location adjacent to PIM. The check in process was a bit slow tho, we needed to wait for an hour for the room to be ready. Other than that everything was awesome.

Luxury hotel good hospitality and easy Acces to pondok indah mall

We had a great experience during our staycation at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The connection of the WiFi was good and stable. Definitely the best hotel to stay.

We love the place! The mall downstairs is perfect when you’re not doing anything. The staff are friendly and warm.
