The room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. It's centrally located in the CBD, and you can access the adjacent Lotte Mall directly from the second floor.

I booked a stay at Ascott Kuningan Jakarta for my boss and client, and overall, the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, especially for business purposes. It is situated in the Kuningan area, which is convenient for meetings, offices, and nearby shopping malls and restaurants. This made it a practical choice for a business trip. According to their feedback, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a serviced residence, the facilities were well-equipped and suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. The environment was also quiet, allowing them to rest well after a full day of work. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout their stay. Communication was efficient, which made the overall arrangement much easier on my end as well. Overall, Ascott Kuningan Jakarta is a reliable and convenient option for business travelers. Based on this experience, I would consider booking this property again for future business trips.

I stayed four nights at this hotel hoping to make it my regular choice for Jakarta trips. I’m glad I didn’t commit to a longer stay. Below are the issues I encountered so other travellers can decide for themselves. 1. Unreachable phone line. My secretary tried to call the hotel more than 30 times at different hours on different days to confirm a bag drop before my arrival; the official phone line never answered. I’ve never seen a hotel publish a number that’s consistently unreachable — it felt unprofessional and inconvenient. 2. Missing towels on arrival. I arrived around 7 p.m. on a weekday and found only three towels in the entire flat. There were no kitchen towels or hand towels. The room phone didn’t answer either, but I was able to contact the hotel via WhatsApp; someone eventually responded and delivered the missing towels. 3. Dirty bath water and unstable temperature. After a long day I wanted a hot bath, but the water was visibly dirty (see photos) and the shower temperature was inconsistent. That made bathing unpleasant and unreliable. 4. Insects in the room. The kitchen countertop had a noticeable ant problem, and I found ladybugs near my bed. This suggests housekeeping and pest control need attention. 5. The hotel asked me to change rooms around 9 p.m. after I had already unpacked. I declined and asked them to resolve the issues the next day; they did address the problems the following morning. 6. Worn room and linens. My room (room size 03 on 2x/F) felt dated; the towels looked grey and worn. For a property advertised as five-star, the condition of the linens and some furnishings was disappointing. The location is good, which is why I chose it, but the room quality did not match expectations. 7. Confusing room phone. The room phone’s buttons on the right side didn’t work. Staff told me to press “O” to reach them which is just confusing when there are key buttons shown on the right side (see photo). Bottom line: The hotel has a great location, but operational issues — unreliable phone service, cleanliness and pest concerns, inconsistent water quality, and worn linens — made my stay uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these problems; until then, I cannot recommend it for long or repeat stays. In addition, do not use their website to make booking if you may cancel the booking later - it was an absolute nightmare to make the cancellation as their website has no such functionality so it has to be done via many email exchanges via their email. They even asked me to fill in a form providing my credit details which I strongly disagreed. Just be prepared for that.

This hotel is located in the bustling SCBD area, right next to Raffles, making its location excellent. Security is strict, and every staff member is incredibly friendly with great English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast is decent, and the price is reasonable. However, since it's near the embassy district, prices for everything are high, and traffic is notoriously bad. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, though a bit dated. Considering the price, this is understandable. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals or are planning a long-term stay. I'd personally recommend it for business travelers or families with young children. The hotel is directly connected to a mall with a supermarket, but it's not the best for shopping, and the food options are just okay, though very convenient. There are many restaurants a short distance away. You can call a car to get there, but Grab drivers rarely accept rides due to the heavy traffic. However, the hotel offers its own car service, which is super affordable and fantastic!

New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Great place to stay in Jakarta

This was my first time at Ascott Jakarta. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout after my flight was at 445 . Though the official check out was 12 pm, they readily allowed me to extend stay till 2 pm. More importantly the room was spacious and had all amenities. Quiet loved the experiemnce

Excellent location at heart of Mega Kuningan and direct access to Lotte Shopping Mall. Rooms are very spacious and clean. More pillow options will be better. Only one restaurant with limited selection but no issue as mall next door has tons of options. But after 10pm need to walk one big round outside to return to hotel.

The room was exceptionally spacious. **Cleanliness**: The environment was decent, though the facilities weren't very new. The bathroom had a slight odor due to poor ventilation. The bed was clean, but the carpet's cleanliness was just average. **Ambience**: The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance with good views. **Service**: The service was excellent, from check-in to customer support, communication was smooth. It's worth noting that the hotel is very close to the embassy. Plus, the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making it very convenient to go shopping or dining directly from the second floor.
