Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan

New hotel apartment with living room and kitchen and big bathroom. Bedroom slightly small, maar overall great experience. A bit annoying to take every time two elevators up. Delicious breakfast and great gym. Swimming pool a bit small. Also, not much around the hotel but a great Japanese restaurant in the small mall in the same building. Overall a great place to stay!

Swissotel Living Mega Kuningan has been my favourite hotel choice in Jakarta because of its location, room upkeep, and more importantly the staff who extend their warmth and smile wherever you are. When they heard that I would be leaving for the airport and would be missing the breakfast which was included in the room package, they went an extra mile to prepare packed breakfast which I received when I checked out at 5.30am. Many thanks!

We booked for a smoking room for a birthday boy and surprise with the special arrangement. Everything are very good from the 1st step when come down from the taxi. The door boy, security, front desk to breakfast and there is superb dinner inside the hotel. We will come back again for this. Beside that, there is walking distance to the best shopping mall - Lotte Mall.

Booked a two-bedroom suite for pax of 4. Check-in and welcome drinks were nice touches but later we found amenities in the room were only prepared for two people. We asked for everything; towels, plates, amenities etc and we waited for more than an hour. We asked for some extra teas, also needed another one hour. Property is new so everything was clean, but they need to hire some robots if they are mot willing to hire more staff

Hotel was very clean and facilities were well-maintained. Hotel staff were polite and always had a smile, enjoyed our holiday here and had a comfortable stay.

Swissôtel Living Jakarta is a very nice and new hotel. Everything feels modern, clean, and well maintained. I had a great day staying here and truly enjoyed the comfortable environment and excellent service.

Great hotel, very new and great location. We have got upgraded room, so my review is fot 1 bedroom suites. Well-appointed room with complete amenities in room such as stove, refrigerator, washing/drying machine, in bedroom and in sitting room TV. Has spacious bathroom with bathtube and standing shower. The room also has dedicated luggage room. Well-spread breakfast with good coffee. Hotel employee also nice and very helpful. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance to Lippo Avenue Mall. The nearest convenient store is only 3 minutes away.
