The hotel was a bit crowded, got twin bed instead of double, it was OK. Leak in the room, then they moved me to another room. Starbucks and japanese restaurant next to the hotel. Hotel food also great.

The room is very new, the facilities are complete, clean, the environment is good, and the service is in place.

Great service house keeping, friendly staff, but the front desk staff working too slow , less hospitality..and need to fix the tele, sometimes get blurry... Will come again next time....

Located in Lippo Cikarang area, this hotel is very good for business travelers. Industrial area surrounding but it is not crowded. Perfect for you who need a calm and quiet hotel for relax. And I tried to do staycation in this hotel at New Year eve. Receptionist staff is polite and friendly. I ordered beer and food at room service, the service is very fast and food is so tasty, but they forgot to bring the spoon. Haha. Facillites are good. Gym and pool are open for guest. But when I arrived at the hotel, there isn't any staff to check my body temperature as standard healthy protocol. And there isn't any handglove prepared for guest to take buffet menu (when I had buffet dinner. It's too risk due the pandemic, but at breakfast time there is a staff who help me to take the food). Please improve your health protocol standard. Overall, I have a nice stay experience here. I will recommended this hotel and will be back for staycation soon.

This hotel needs to overhaul its concept of service, maintenance, and amenities. I regretted making a reservation here, wished I stayed somewhere else. First, this might be old hotel, but with poor up-keep. You’ll see that the walls need fresh paint, brand new carpet on the floor (my room has stained carpet on few spots), bathroom needs deep scrubbing and cleaning. I went to the fitness center, and I think it is stucked to the 80s on equipment. AC wasn’t turned on, no fresh towels nor anything fancy. But most of all, it hasn’t been maintained properly. You’ll see free weights on the floor, instead of on the racks. Breakfast was decent. Nothing to write home about. But what really annoyed me the most, was the housekeeping rang my room when it’s clearly visible ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on my door. I flew from North America few days before and clearly was experiencing jet lag. And I still worked remotely in odd hours. Few more hours in the morning not being disturbed was my intention when I put ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. Go elsewhere! There are few others hotel nearby that will give you better service.

The price was not bad. It's an old building, but there's a new building. The room is reserved by the new building. Massages come to your room at 6 pm. The cost was about 200,000 and the price was good Many restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC are nearby.

It was my second stay in this hotel. There were some facilities that I never found in other hotels like bailer, back scrub cloth and public bath. All staffs were friendly and fast. Very efficient. There was air putifier in my room. They said that there was one in every room even non smoking room. There were also two free coffee facilities on in lobby area and in the club lounge. I prefer in the club lounge in the evening. My room was clean and tidy. It was like an apartment really. There was a washing machine, water dispenser and refrigerator. There was also small ktchen with all cooking equipment. It was good for long stay guest. One minor thing is that there was no room service. There was a Japanese restaurant though. I had breakfast there. I might stay there again when I am in the area.
