The Hotel location is good. We stay here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. A lot of restaurants and bar close to the hotel.

It’s a great location and the food is great but we were a bit disappointed by the lack of facilities. Online it was advertised that there’s 2 swimming pools and one is heated but when we arrived - no heated pool. The pool bar was shut and roof top was shut. We were a bit disappointed purely because we booked the hotel for these facilities. Room very clean and friendly service staff. Breakfast buffet good but pretty pricey - would be better if they offered alternate milks like soy, almond, lactose free etc and barista made coffee was included in the breakfast. Fruit selection was awesome!

All staff were exceptional from check through breakfast to concierge. A beautiful hotel to stay at . The room was very comfortable and spacious the bed comfortable but a bit soft for my liking but I managed fine. Congrat to HSK Staff and Supervisors the room was very clean and well presented ( this is my area of work so well done) Regards Cheryl

Great location, right next to South Bank Park. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

While the location is good, you do get street noise. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the noise from others. The first night there, we had lots of banging noises from pipes or wires in the wall. Had to ask several times to move rooms before we got to move. If you are travelling from overseas, you will need a power adaptor too. Overall, felt like the place was very over priced and too noisy.

Great stay at Rydges South Bank Brisbane. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to South Bank and the city. Very convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

On arrival nobody offered any assistance with our luggage. The doorman actually watched us and my 8yr old daughter no help offered and he watched us struggle without any assistance or care. Same situation on departure. A distinct lack of friendly service across the hotel.

Great experience, front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clear and with a good view of the river. Location is near the rail station and bus station. Also there are lots of brunches to choose nearby

It is a convenient location to train and bus. Hotel rooms are big. Balcony has very nice view.

Good Hotel close to the Convention Centre In Brisbane

One of Hotel front staffs was not kind or reasonable. I felt shamed that the staff didn’t treat me fairly with other guests,,, after overnight flight fr my home to Brisbane for more than 10 hours, i was very tired so I even didn’t have any energy to complain,,, the room next to my room was under construction,,,, every early morning around 6am I had to wake up becuz of drilling noise,,, feel bad until now,,, not gonna choose this hotel again 😖

Hotel location is convenient just 150m away from south brisbane Station.

The service was poor. The Indian staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude and deliberately made things difficult, acting as if someone was trying to take advantage of them. The hotel room didn't match the pictures online; there was no view at all, and you had to pay extra for one. I even complained to their head office and they apologized! At the rooftop pool, I tried to order by scanning a QR code, but no one ever brought the order up. The first time, I waited a long time before it finally arrived. The second time, I just went down and got it myself in the afternoon. I had to wait an hour just to get an HDMI cable for the room! Australian hotel service is really just terrible.
