We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel is clean, nice, and has a great view. The room was cool and the location was good. However, I wish there were more variety in the breakfast menu, even though the chef was friendly enough. It's just that the menu lacked variety.

Overall a good experience staying here. Service was great, staffs are friendly and helpful. I really like how they put a lot of signage for the hotel lifts and facilities as the tower is shared with another hotel. Just a feedback on kids facilities (as I also saw some families staying in the hotel), please enhance the playground and the kids pool to make it more entertaining.

Four Points really celebrated my birthday in style with their birthday treats! Huge thanks for accommodating my friends, who were quite particular and had a lot of requests 😩😩. I got all of this without any extra charges. Super fun with Four Points and my loved ones 🫶🏻. The room facilities and everything else are beyond doubt, no complaints there 😭😭😭😭.

Clean new hotel. Very convenient cause it is connected to a large mall. Beds were comfortable which gave a good night sleep. Service was excellent too 👍

The hotel has been open for less than six months, so the facilities are new, the environment is pleasant, and transportation is convenient. It is directly connected to Pakuwon Mall, making shopping and leisure very easy. The hotel lobby is located on the 23rd floor, with an impressive view over the city.
