No te dejan entrar antes de las 18:00 horas lo veo un inconveniente. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y fue casi imposible dormir.

Camera basic senza climatizzatore e bagno in comune. Dotata solo di un piccolo ventilatore che certamente è sufficiente per creare condizioni di comfort. Per una stanza migliore ( con clima e bagno privato senza bidet ma con la TV non funzionante) è stato necessario sborsare ulteriori 100 € di differenza in più. Colazione povera con pochissima scelta. La gentilezza e cortesia non sono sufficienti per chiedere 162 € a notte e offrire pochi (quasi nulla) servizi e chiedere un supplemento di 10 € per fare il check-in alle 20,30. Da migliorare tantissimo. Io non lo consiglio

Appena arrivati ci accorgiamo che la camera prenotata con hotels era una economic senza bagno privato, nostro errore da non imputare al gestore. Ma non si può pensare di fare stare tre persone in una stanza con una finestra che da nel balcone della camera accanto, quindi non fruibile, senza aria condizionata, con un misero ventilatore. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera pagando il supplemento, in tutti ci costa cento euro in più ai 70 che avevamo già pagato, potevamo scegliere un signore albergo a questa tariffa. Inoltre ci viene applicata la tariffa dei motori di ricerca, quindi comprensiva della percentuale che non avremmo dovuto pagare perché paghiamo direttamente alla struttura. Con 170 euro a notte ci ritroviamo Bagno senza bidet, televisore con un antennino portatile completamente al buio, tenda di plastica nella doccia, per finire colazione assolutamente da dimenticare, merendine confezionate e tempi biblici per un cappuccino. La struttura in se non è male, ma manca un po di manutenzione su alcune cose, inoltre le camere non sono insonorizzate rendendo difficile avere un po di privacy . La colazione è un po scarsa e i prodotti non sono freschi, non rispecchia affato le foto presenti sul sito. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, in 6 giorni la nostra camera non è stata pulita neanche 1 volta e gli asciugami ci sono stati cambiati una volta sola.
