Just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations, this hotel is a stylish blend of retro and modern. The welcome drink is served at the rooftop bar, where you can enjoy sea views! The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, and the staff are all polite, friendly, and very attentive.

The location is very close to Sorrento train station, and upon check-in, we received a complimentary drink for each person. The only downsides are that the room facilities are a bit old, and being close to the train tracks, there might be some noise.

It was a very basic stay. There were no toiletries provided, and the first room we were given smelled bad. The hotel staff said the ventilation wasn't on, but even after dinner, the smell was still there. So, they moved us to a different room. On the plus side, there are tons of food options nearby, and it feels like we're right in the town center. Walking around at night felt very safe too.

We arrived at 1030am and were informed that the check in was at 3pm. Asked twice because we thought it was later than usual. The lady with spectacles insisted it was 3pm. Checked online later, found out it was after 2:30pm. If the room wasn’t ready, she could have just said it so, instead of misleading us.  Second, this was the only hotel in entire Italy that didn’t even offer free water bottles. You would find it in the mini bar and it costs 3 euros.  The amenities consisted of paper cups and small bottles of body wash/ shampoo which weren’t replaced the next day, so we had to make do with what little soap was left. The bed was put horribly together. The bathroom had mold in so many corners, the walls were dirty, didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned in years.  The good thing was that there was spare pillows, a balcony with table & chair. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we had in Italy. The location was amazing, 1km to the port and there was a grocery shop nearby. The price was also reasonable  (250 euro per night) when we booked. However we considered extending our stay and checked two weeks before we were due to arrive and it had gone up more than 50%, at which point I don’t think it was worth it.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Bed mattress was just ok. And air conditioning was not very good. But overall was decent.

Hotel location was good, a short walk to train station and SITA bus station to Amalfi Coast and Positano.

Good location, helpful staff

A very perfect hotel. First of all, the location is good, very close to the train station, convenient for taking the train and Sita bus. The hotel is very new, the lobby is large, the decoration is beautiful, and the buffet breakfast is also very rich. The front desk service attitude is very good. In order to travel light when going to Capri Island, I left my suitcase at the hotel front desk one day in advance. When I came back to check in the next day, the suitcase was already in my room.

The hotel is quite old, the rooms are very small, barely large enough for two people to squeeze in and out at the same time, the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is poor, which is very unsatisfactory. Firstly, there were bloodstains on the pillows, and secondly, the trash can in the bathroom was full of the previous guest's garbage, indicating the hotel cleaning staff hadn't cleaned it. The bathroom is extremely small, requiring one person to squeeze through, and the shower area is even worse – unclean and old, making it almost impossible to move around inside; showering is very difficult for anyone over 1.85 meters tall. The only advantage is its proximity to the station, making transportation convenient, and it's not far from the pier. It's fine if you don't have luggage, but if you do, it takes about 20 minutes to drag your suitcase, which is a bit of a hassle. I strongly advise against staying here if you have high standards for hygiene.

When I'm in trouble, they don't even think about helping me, they just say no... But it's still 4 stars... The service is just too bad

It's really great. I finally found a hotel with such complete facilities in Europe... I feel like I'm back in a five-star hotel in China. I like the decoration and decor. The price is not expensive. It is the happiest hotel I stayed in on this trip.

Next to Sorrento Station, very good location, the overall experience is also good.
