The room was comfortable (there was no AC, and in August the room was a little too warm, but not bad). The decor in the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast room had glorious views of the valley. The breakfast is served with beautiful presentation and is a fresh, healthy meal to start the day. The hotel is walking distance from a long road of restaurants and tourist shops. Though the name has “Songpan” in it, it’s actually about a 20-30 minute drive from Songpan Ancient Town, but the area was calm and quiet, so I didn’t mind.
