Very nice hotel and room, we enjoyed our stay!
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The only con: even though it’s may, it was quite cold (0-6 degrees) and the room, not having an heating system, wasn’t so warm having just a small fan heater.

Location is nice. Nestled in a nice restored old city. But very few shops around. All are closed! The room look tired and worn. The door seemed to be damaged. Some one tried to break in before? Overall, it's quite a waste in such a nice setting. The breakfast.... better not to have but I think unavoidable as I can't take too much mala stuff.

這家民宿在松州古城內，古香古色的建築風格，內部裝修風格現代且時尚，非常有設計感！在藏區能找到這樣且有現代感的酒店實屬難得！強烈推薦！當然，從專業設計角度來看，酒店設施的細節還𠕇有待完善，比如熱水系統設計不夠專業，要放很多水才流出熱水……衞生間電源插座沒有防水保護裝置……浴室缺少地巾和掛衣鈎……洗臉盆水龍頭位置不合理……當然，網絡上評論裏説的沒有空調，應該不是問題，冬季酒店裡非常温曖，甚至要開窗！夏季想必也不需要空調，這裏處於亞寒帶地區，即使夏季也是非常涼爽……希望酒店能完善一下設施，成為最好的酒店之一！推薦！

酒店就在松潘古城裡，外部古色古香，非常有韻味。內部重新裝修非常有設計感。這家酒店也是整個松潘古城裡唯一一家有自己的地下停車場的酒店，非常貼心。就是停車場出入口不是很好找到。房間內裝修也很有特色，酒店很新，床品很舒服。唯一的問題就是十月底的松潘太冷了，一個電暖器根本不夠用。

夜晚2℃，竟然沒有地暖！我不知道店家是怎麼想的。景區內最好的酒店，沒有地暖，我一點待下去的慾望都沒有，立刻定了第二天的機票飛走了，本來想住久一點的

很有格調與質感的酒店，美美的！作為打卡酒店是不錯的，也挺舒適，位置也方便！
但是酒店員工就不是太多，很早就要check out，沒見員工所以就衹能把門卡放到他們的接待桌子上 就離開了

縣城供暖前酒店是不單獨供暖的，雖然房間準備了電熱毯，前台也不知道。從入住到離店酒店都衹有一個人上班，任何需要都需要自己去前台，震驚。
儘管松潘老城非常值得一看，酒店環境也很好，但還是大受震驚。

非常驚艷的一個酒店，似乎房間有很多種格局，但是都有不同設計感。酒店位置也好，晚上也能拍出片，唯一就是沒有空調，但是這個季節倒也不影響。服務員態度牽強，確認是否我是有延長退房到兩點的，服務員答覆我最好是12點退房，因為要給後續房客……懵，我延遲退房自然也是有原因的。
